The importance of these nutrients is altogether absolute. Our brains need them for numerous reasons. A good source of n-3 can be found in store bought tuna, other fish, and supplementary pills, which combined with n-6 in appropriate doses makes for a much happier brain. You can rule out n-9, since it is nonessential.

YAY FOR OMEGA 3

now if only we could stop chemical plants from dumping mercury in the rivers and we wouldn't get slowly poisoned over our life span from eating fish.
