It should be saved for the one u love and comfortable with because otherwise you'll have a negative outlook on sex. Ur first time will carry a meaning of sex until later on in life. If it was a sucky/awkward sex.. then good luck, you'll be associating sex with that negative feeling for the rest of your life. (this applies more to women, although some men can experience this as well).
As for saving it for marriage.. I'd say it's not necessarily that. Some people marry when they don't even love the other person. And that'll suck giving ur virginity for a husband/wife you don't love. So, i'd say you just gotta trust your own judgement. If you felt like that special someone is someone you love and can trust, then go for it. Don't just have that sex before marriage attitude because society regards it as a taboo/bad thing to do. Just trust your instinct and go with the flow.

Some people wait a lifetime for marriage and you don't need marriage to justify your feelings for another person.
These days wedding are about spending money and not truly about love if there was so much love involved in getting married then there wouldn't be so many divorces.
Im not saying go out and have sex with some random person because i do believe you should care for one another first but yes thats only my opinion.

I don't think there is anything wrong with it. I take into consideration that, even though people may not agree, that sex does have a big part to do with a relationship. it doesn't define the relationship at all but i think it is a part of it. For those who want to wait for marriage, more power to you but those who didn't, there is nothing wrong with experiencing sex before marriage as long as you are safe. I think its bad when you lower your standards and make a bad reputation of yourself by having sex with whoever and whenever and use it as an excuse of "experimenting." Just do what you want but as others said in this thread, know that there are consequences for your actions and that you need to be safe and prepared if you decide to have sex before marriage.
