so glad i've never really had trouble sleeping.. if anything i probably get too much sleep XD
still have the nightowl habits though, so usually have to force myself to bed when i need to get up early
but no trouble at all with the actual falling asleep bit even when i force myself to bed ^^

6 hours of daily mandatory sleep is the recipe. Exceed regular sleeping time for sweeter results.

I love sleeping. I go to bed really early like 7.30 pm, lol. But I wake up around 3 am.

i have insomnia!
i’m constantly awake, all day everyday. 
It’s horrible because i feel like crap usualy.
on some days (wich is a rare occasion) i will get a bit of sleep,
but usualy i dont. i suppose it’s just bad habit!:) ♥

I've always had lack of sleep since I was little. I must have gotten used to it because I never feel physically drained or anything. I've only noticed my eyes hurt. xD

It's particularly bad on people under 21-22. The longer you live (older you get) the less sleep you get (how generally works for almost everybody) so enjoy while you can.

Insomnia is a disorder, not just bad habit. I'd find professional help if I were you. Mostly because I love to sleep lol.

I stayed up past midnight routinely in my college years, but now, I'm pretty tired by about 22h00. Lack of sleep can be a pretty big problem. In medical school and residency, I've heard stories of residents falling asleep while interviewing patients or performing procedures. Myself, I can recall trying to study in the library after a night on call, and reading the same paragraph five times or more and yet immediately afterwards not remembering a word of what I had just read.

4am or so has always been my bed time. -__-

Then the next day I'm either cranky or I'll be sleeping the whole damn afternoon.

Lack of sleep makes me a zombie. And i eat more, and i dont try at all during practice, and i fall asleep during council meetings.
