Rolo(CG) - he killed Shirley (though it's kind of the same feeling for Lelouch who killed Euphy but..well it was a mistake so I definitely don't hate him ) Hitsujikai(Ookami-san) - he almost raped Ryoko!! T-T but I think the most hated character is Itou Makoto(because he's unique in that you won't find many anime characters that act like that - Fuji Touya is quite close though)

Also she was the only ordinary character in the entire series whilst the rest of them were extraordinary plus I hated the fact that she chose to be with a man that made her family suffer loss and heartache. I mean if the guy I loved killed my Dad I certainly would not love him back anymore, but instead I would seek justice and put that bastard behind bars or something. Ishihara and Sasaki from Rainbow they are disgusting human beings for doing what they did to their inmates and to Sakuragi and Hagino. Yuuna Seiran from Gundam Seed Destiny he was an annoying wuss that never grew a pair Heine from Gundam Seed Destiny he is the most boring side character ever. Claude from Kuroshitsuji II since Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide He killed Alois and he didn't help him while he was begging and pleading since Claude was too busy having an orgasm over Ceil's blood. Also he is one hell of a fail douchebag butler I hope Sebastian and Grell rip him apart by the end of the series.
