For years I hated Inuyasha's Jaken the most; now it's Bleach's Marechiyo Ōmaeda. He's completely useless and annoying. Kubo apparently thinks he's funny but he's far from it. Hopefully someday he'll be finished off by Suzumebachi!

Super 17 from Dragonball Gt. Most uninteresting, annoying, pointless, steroid induced and stupid character in any Dragon Ball related works. He has a frankly ridiculous story and it would have been better for the universe if he would have died from that Final Shine Attack. Not only that, but he got an entire saga and led to some people thinking he's the strongest thing that ever existed.
