It's rare for me to ever hate an anime character, but two characters that have always annoyed me are Oolong and Chi-Chi from Dragonball.

I do hate the americanized Lucy from Fairy Tale..but the Original doesn't give me the same Vibe like i wanna smack the bubble gum out her mouth and thow mudd on her skirt...

Akito SOHMA (Fruits Basket) - never really finished Fruits Basket so maybe s/he (can't remember) improves or whatever but I never liked her/him.
Hitomi SHIZUKI (Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica) - she's the girl that stole the boy from that blue haired girl. Pissed me off so much.
Kikyo (Inuyasha) - didn't like her at all. She just got in the way of the real romance in the story.
Kyubey (Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica) - uggggghhhh what a jerk. I hated how he didn't give a flying poop about anyone.
Light YAGAMI (Deaht Note) - a sociopath with a God complex. WHAT'S NOT TO HATE. Ugh.
Makoto ITOU (School Days) - LOL what a jerk. Loved the end of the show just cuz he got what was coming to him.
Mayuri KUROTSUCHI (Bleach) - a disgusting dude that I never liked.
Misa AMANE (Death Note) - Annoying.
Naruto UZUMAKI (Naruto) - Also annoying.
Nina EINSTEIN (Code Geass) - A perverted bigot who pissed the hell out of me.
Shinji IKARI (Neon Genesis Evangelion) - didn't see too much of this anime cuz he annoyed me so much. What a whiner.
Shou TUCKER (Fullmetal Alchemist) - Hate hate hate. Kills his wife and child (not to mention dog) for his own stupid ambitions.
Usopp (One Piece) - just useless and annoying most of the time.
Yuki CROSS (Vampire Knight) - just never liked her. Maybe cuz she liked Kaname more than Zero? Dunno.
Yukio OKUMURA (Blue Exorcist) - probably would have liked the anime more without him. Ugly and pissed me off.

Shinpachii from Gintama, always shouting. Tsuna from Reborn, always whining. And Sakura from Naruto, she's just annoying that's all. Hope i diidn't offend anybody.

Shinpachi from Gintama. He's very funny, but him with his shouting all over the place makes me mad. What is his lungs made out of?! Also almost every character from Reborn. The only thing that I like about most of them is that they are pretty cute.
