I've felt strong dislike and general irritation/annoyance of characters in anime but only a few have ever caused my blood to boil with hatred. In the form of Yukino from Yakitate!! Japan, Don Krieg and Arlong from One Piece (these two are freshest in my mind since I just started watching the series).
