That's because over 1/2 of seaon 1 was filler.

Season 1 the first 26 eps are mostly in the story, still about 5 eps of pure filler. 26+ is almost entirely filler.
covered up to half way through volume 5 in the manga.

Season 2 had 1 ep (25) of filler and covered up to most of volume 14, so about twice as much as the first season did.

i dont givr a damn about the manga to be fair i actually hate the manga version. i rather they keep it different from the manga. i read some of manga and it aint as good as the anime.

I started the first season elsewhere so I could see the second season, but stopped. Now I can enjoy season 1 here on Crunchy and then roll on over to season 2 when I'm done now. Yay.
