If bugs count then yeah. But again it's only arbitrary cause I kill them too if they really get annoying.
Oh I remember, the first time I went swimming (age 12) I managed to almost drown in the shallow end, then I figured I could stand up, my friends probably thought I was just getting used to the water. Absolutely non-fictitious story.
And then shortly my also inexperienced brother decided to take a plunge into the deep end. After watching and discovering that he really was in trouble I threw him a ball that he managed to grab on to. He never acknowledged that I saved his life and thought the ball was already in there.

Actually yes :p
In highschool we did Cooking as a class, once a week and my usual cooking partner didnt show up so i was left with this random idiot.
When we finished cooking and we were washing up, this guy goes to put an electrical appliance ( WHICH IS STILL PLUGGED INTO THE WALL AND ON ) into the water to wash it, I stopped him like 5cm away from the water  stupidity at its finest. |

I saved my classmate this evening. She almost got hit by a basket ball. It wasn't life-threatening but she would get hurt badly if it hit her .__.

Uh.. not exactly sure if this counts but when I was like 9 years old and it was my birthday so we went swimming at a hotel and me and my friend were just swimming around and I saw this little 3 (?? not sure her age she looked very young though) year old desperately trying to keep from going under the water. No one was watching her at all!!!! To this day I'm still shocked. I was young, so I was a little hesitant (I know that sounds bad I don't know why I was!!!) but I went over there and got her out of the water.
Then the lifeguard came over to me and was like, "Next time you should watch your sister a little better" (uh hello just because we were both Asian doesn't mean we related LOL) And I was like, "Uhm... she's not my sister..." She kinda like oh and walked away and a little while later this woman came over and thanked me for helping her baby lol.
And the lifeguard obviously saw the little girl (cause she came over and spoke to me).. why didn't she help? :S

Well kind of when my brother and I were driving on the highway and this suv in front of us with a trailer attached to it started swerving around in the lanes, then flipped over like 7 or 8 times... I told my brother to stop the car and I ran up and pulled the guys out of their car..they both had gashing head woulds and I stopped the bleeding and called 911. Also I saved my friend from drowning in my grandmas pool.
