Unlike all the bullshit stories people are putting on here about how they saved someone. I have actually saved the entire world. 3 times now. I win.

Me and my friend were walking to mcdonalds, we had to pass a road and cars were coming fast, he walked onto the road without looking left while a truck was driving up more then 50 mph. I quickly pushed him back with one hand and the truck missed him by a couple of feet.

With one hand? Wow. You sure are amazing....

The baseball was going pretty damn fast...not sure if it would've killed him though.

Like a round house kick to the face? You're so nice.

I like to think so. I used to donate some money to charities my high school would set up. I really should nowadays on my own. ^^

Possibly. Not in a way that you immediately see the result from your own action, example: saving someone from drowning, but possibly in an indirect way, such as talking to someone for a bit before they were about to go to the store, wasting their time on pointless conversation, ending up making them leave ten minutes later than planned, when just a moment before their delayed departure there was a wreck on the route they would have taken, which they may have been part of had they gone when they planned to.
I might have saved some lives, but I may never know.

Nope, I've never been in a situation dangerous enough for me to do that. However, I did learn CPR and saved a couple of insects, I suppose.

Yeah. There was this guy almost jumping off the bridge.
I moved close to see what was happening.
Upon realization that he was about to suicide, I started cheering him up.
"Jump! Jump! Jump! Jump! Jump! Jump! Jump! Jump!"
He got annoyed and went home.

I ate at my favorite restaurant than their competitor. Their competitor restaurant had poisonous food that caused people to have stomachaches and shit. I saved my own life. That's pretty special, man.

I was driving, hit someone behind their car. Now, don't say that that is not saving a life. I will tell you what, his car was about to get flipped over because there was a duck in front of him. Thankfully, my car's mass crushed his. He was injured but was saved, including the duck.

I took a CPR class a few years ago.... then earlier this year I was eating in a restaurant with my family when a woman fell to the ground and apparently stopped breathing. I thought that I could save her if I thought back on my CPR classes, so thankfully I was able to and I saved her ^-^ I didn't want anything in return but the family of the woman gave me a thousand bucks ...
