It is what you see, i cant even explain it doesn't happen with 480 or lower and its the same with any browser.

I have the exact problem. Gintama episodes in 720P are the only ones with this artifact issue. And they last through the whole episode!

Running latest version of Chrome and FF4. Both have the same issue. Let me know if you guys need any specific details to solve this. Thanks!

Based on the screen grab, it appears to be an encoding error. If that is so, the only fix would be for them to re-encode the 720p version again.

Does it still do that for you if you turn off hardware acceleration?

Yea, that problem happens when your Graphics Card is having problems decoding the video. So turning off hardware acceleration resolves it. Though, a permanent fix would be to try upgrading your Graphics Card drivers or, if that doesn't help, buy a new Graphics Card.
