Sure they do. Queen's Blade is over pg-13. The Japanese studios don't make uncensored streams available to Crunchyroll, because they don't want back-importation, but some of the catalog series are over pg-13.

I started watching Charger Girl: Juuden-chan on CR and I was getting pissed off at the quite creative editing and censoring that they did. I was way too noticeable. Everything from the tried and true blackout, to the zoom in, to the edit and freeze video move. The only one they didn't use was the fog over the screen maneuver. So I went somewhere else to watch it. I figure if its edited when you get it then air it. If they still don't feel comfortable with the material, then don't have the show here.

One person: Chances- never.
A petition and protect: Chances- good
High Donation(in excess of 1 million): High
Then again, what do I know? ^_^

If you mean getting it uncensored on Crunchyroll, fuggetaboutit. Its not ever gonna happen anytime soon if ever.

for some1 who is of age on the sight an is a premium memeber. Is it possible for that person to turn off the age blocker? im not into hentai or anything like that. I just dont like things being cut out just show the anime for what it is, in my oppinion.

The only "age blocker" on CR is the toggle to show adult content, and all that requires is having your age set to show you are 18 or older, and have "show mature content" turned on. This isn't going to remove the censoring on simulcasts, however, because that isn't something added by CR.

To put it another way, if you can watch the videos for Queen's Blade, you have the "age blocker" turned off. That series is uncensored because it was not a simulcast, and the videos provided were the same as the publisher (Media Blasters) uses for their DVD release.

Depends on how many people will petition it. Honestly, I don't really care if it a show is censored (unless unnecessary) or uncensored as long as the storyline fits in well.

Imo, there are some shows that are necessary to be uncensored though according to storylines such as Elfen Lied and The Qwaser of Stigmata as it would completely ruin the series' theme. I have not seen an uncensored show on CR yet(such as Queen's Blade ) but like I said, censored or uncensored is up to peoples' choice. If enough people petition for it, the series' editors may comply. If only a few individuals is interested, chances are it will be denied.

I also want the uncensored versions. It'd be nice that when the uncensored version (ATX is the main channel for this I believe) comes out, we get that version as well. I understand the whole showing the uncensored aspect to younger people. However, for the fan service shows that are clearly teen-oriented, it'd be nice if with those and all ecchi shows that we could have both censored and uncensored versions. I read that CR has 70,000 subscribers. That puts the combined monthly subscription amount in the six figure range. Now while I know it's obvious that money gets used for various things, I find it to be nothing short of cheating subscribers.

Here's a thought Japan: One reason why people watch anime on illegal sites is because they can find the uncensored ecchi shows when the legit sites tend to show the censored versions.

Even before this outrageous bill that Ishihara got to go into effect this year, we still tended to get the censored versions here.

Finally, if we had both the censored and uncensored versions for ecchi shows, I wouldn't really be complaining.

Even if it doesn't affect the storyline, sometimes it can affect the visual flow. For example, I could care less if all the panty shots in Rosario + Vampire were there or not, but I did care when originally watching it as a fansub, and having to put up with a bat graphic being thrown up on the screen every few minutes to cover them up. When I watched again on Funimation, no censoring, and a more pleasant experience. There are right ways and wrong ways to do censoring. For example, if you have women in a bath, use steam, not floating graphics. One blends into the scene, the other doesn't.

What about programs that are not shown on AT-X? Likely those would not have uncensored versions available until the BD/DVD is issued. I also suspect AT-X has to pay extra for uncensored version of programs they are not on the production committee for (typically the ones they are not the primary network for). If so, that would mean more money CR would have to pay for these. You may be willing to foot that bill, but some people would not. Would the net result be a decrease in revenue for CR? If so, I wouldn't expect them to be enthusiastic about such a change.

Ye, steam is alot better than annoying cartoony graphics. But there are also censoring by annoying companies such as 4kids that censors literally everything (non sexual content such as those from Yugioh 5d's). When it gets to that point, it just ruins the entire visual flow. Other examples I can think of is the Disney version of Naruto Shippuden of the "Immortal Destroyers - Hidan & Kakuzu" arc. The opening actually censors out the blood drew from Hidan. That is just an insult not only to the fans but to the series as well.

Ok I know I will be cancelling my trial.. totally worthless site I would not pay a monthly subscription for censored anime.. when premium that means you have a credit card to prove your over 18 so the uncensored version should be shown.. if not than this site just plain sucks.. charge for censored anime.. awful awful awful.

It's kind of annoying then gore is censored out but I'm not that bothered by it. I hate it when swear words are bleeped out though. I just watched Lucky Star and some of the words had random **** in them. And I am thinking..."well, I can't really tell what they are saying now so I don't know what's going on. But I don't think those are even swear words so why the astericks?"
