ZE:A’s Kwanghee goes diva for ‘No Playboy’
Star Empire Entertainment, home of boy group ZE:A and girl group Nine Muses released a hilarious video online. The girls of Nine Muses recently made their debut with No Playboy and Star Empire Entertainment has unveiled a special practice video showing ZE:A’s Kwanghee dancing like a diva along with the girls.
It seems Kwanghee is trying to give Jo Kwon a run for his money. Check the video below!
Teen Top covers Big Bang’s Sunset Glow
The boys of Teen Top may be considered newbies to the kpop scene, but they have surely been impressing netizens left and right with their charisma and impressive live performances on various music shows.
After performing an impressive cover of Justin Beiber’s One Less Lonely Girl, the boys are back to cover another song, Sunset Glow. Though they sang to Big Bang’s version of the song, Teen Top gave the song their own flavor and put on quite a performance on KBS Cool FM radio. Check it out below!
F1rst debuts with ‘You Like Me, I Like You’ on Music Core
When the news of hybrid group F1rst dropped, they created some waves with their co-ed concept, which seems to be the latest trend sweeping K-pop. After the release of their remake debut single, You Like Me, I Like You, interest continued to rise.
But the time had come for the hybrid group of eight fresh faces to stop with the hype and actually take the stage to show netizens what they’ve got.
Well, guess what? They’re quite good!
Despite not having the most original of debut singles, the group did what they could and put on quite a show nevertheless. Check out their debut stage below!
BoA wins K-Chart triple crown on Music Bank plus other performances
Yesterday’s special episode of Music Bank was shown live across 54 countries, so it was packed with great performances and fan interaction. Notable performances from today include the comebacks of F.T Island, Narsha, SISTAR, Wheesung, and G.NA.
These comeback stages weren’t the only great performances yesterday though, as there were also performances from BoA, SHINee, DJ DOC, Se7en, Homme (Changmin & Lee Hyun), SECRET, Chae Yeon, Jo Sung Mo, Eru, Hwanhee, Rainbow, Nine Muses, Supernova, Navi, and JQT.
Yesterday was a repeat of the same battle last week between Homme and BoA, and it was BoA who took home the win yesterday again, completing her triple crown of K-Chart wins for Hurricane Venus.
Congratulations to BoA although she announced it was her final stage but a fitting way to say goodbye. Check out the encore stage as Minho and Key joined in.
MC Yoo gets a taste of a flying mosquito
Yes, quite literally folks.
On the August 26th airing of KBS2TV Happy Together Season 3, MC Yoo got a little surprise in his mouth during filming, and I can tell you right now that it’s definitely a dirty one.
A sly little mosquito had apparently found the wrong entrance home, as it accidentally flew into MC Yoo’s mouth while he was listening to guests Eru and Brian’s story, causing him to cough the bug out in disgust.
“I ate… I ate a mosquito,” MC Yoo murmured.
In response, Park Mi Sun said in laughter, “There’s only half left!”

2NE1 releases Etude House CF and poses for Allure magazine
Ahead of 2NE1’s long awaited comeback in September, the girls have been busy with their various endorsements, and posing for all kinds of photo shoots.
The girls recently filmed a commercial film for Etude House cosmetics and skin care, and can be seen using some eyelash enhancement from the popular brand.
