let me introduce to you about Canada, it's a country that if you're willing to work you shouldn't have problem to live a good life
if you have trouble finding jobs, there are people who are willing to to help you out for free, if you have a house and you have financial problem, the government will lend you money, ***if you don't own a house, it's not a big deal anyway, they're are many ways to help instead of asking for money~~~
I'm kind of pissed whenever I see people who donate $ to poor who only "ask for money"(no handicap) and those people rather ignore people who deserve the donation (people who play guitar, trying to do somthing like drawing and sell them, sing or even origami with a used news paper--->even it's ugly I would buy it because he tried his best
btw I have seen many "ask for money"'s people bad mouth people who don't want to donate... I really don't think they deserve it... and there are volunteers who give them many suggestions (such as a job, a place to live if you work...)~~~ they denied their invitations and they just prefer that way of living~~~
***there are people who're handicap, well for them I could understand a little bit more of their situation of asking money
because the gouvernment may not give enough $ per month for the injurie and they can't work~~~~
how about those who can work but chose not to ???
I wouldn't donate to them for sure
do you agree with me or ~~ you can convince me that the way I think is wrong??

Im pretty sure if you had a person who just asked for money without doing anything.....and had him RIGHT NEXT to a person who was playing guitar or something.....the people would give money to the guitarist. The people arent IGNORING the guitar player OVER a person who just asks for money. Its just that both arent near each other to make a choice

I think people should NOT even give any money to "poor" people. What if the poor person was a fake that just beg for money and have a middle class life style. How do you know if they happen to use the money to buy drugs and probably the next day go begging? But, I will buy food for them... It's the least I can do :].

How does this relate to donating to Canada?
~

The real question is what would they do with it? If I did give them money (non-handicaps) what would they do with it? Will they make better choices or bad choices. Mostly all the decisions they make, counts greatly in their life.

I would give some money to a beggar if he didn't ask for a cigarette first.
