Not annoying at all. I'd say you get too worked up over small things...
I just say "what?" and if I still can't hear you after the second or third time I usually go "SPEAK THE F*CK UP I CAN'T F*CKING HEAR YOU!!!!"

Hahaha, you just haven't found your own inner silence yet.
Once you do, you won't be annoyed by a soft spoken individual.
What mostly gets to people is the lack of confidence that a soft spoken person projects; but what you fail to realize is that by yelling at such a person their self confidence deteriorates even further

YES, if it's someone doing a low voice but actually has a higher pitched voice
NO, if it's a person's natural voice.

Some people are just born that way and it is not something they can help. So unless you know that they actually can talk louder, bear with it.

I've dealt with obnoxiously loud people who seem to keep talking just because they adore the sound of their own voice...in comparison, quiet people are not that bad.

Haha, no. I speak quietly... And also, it's deaf, not death. Just to see if you would read this post. XD

Not really, most people don't like raising their voice, or just soft spoken. It can be if you can't understand what the individual is saying. I've went through that myself when others cannot hear what I say sometimes.

Thank you. XD Finally someone who understands that. :] I'm a quiet one and I hate it when people go, "DUDE, TALK LOUDER!!" Right in the middle of class. XD Hahaha... Thank you. :] You make me feel better when I'm in this forum, because I'm a softy who takes everything too seriously.

Yes. All people who speak as said should die a horrible death.

I tend to talk low when speaking to my boss. He signs my check that's why.
But, one time, I had enough of his bullshit and I ended up saying, "fine. I'll be your superman."
I got a two day lecture from him but enough was enough. I just had to say it.
