Ok my only complain/problem is the new eps that has Hard sub, true works on 3G or wifi the video quality is good and subs are readable but after a few mins of watching the video quality goes crap and subs are not readable like watching an anime on YouTube on 3G. The only way of fixing it is by clicking on "done" key and re opening the video and fast forwarding back to where you left off. It's kinda annoying where you have to do it 2-5x just to watch a 25min anime but the old titles with soft subs gives a perfect consistent video and sub quality. I am a premium member can watch it on my pc but in my case I am not home most of the time. Please Support team look into this.

I'm experiencing a glitch with the iPhone App. I'm getting no subtitles on the newest episodes since updating the app. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app numerous times but it doesn't fix the issue. I'm running the latest OS on a 32 GB 3GS.

The subtitles, for the latest releases, are hardsubbed so you no longer need to manually select a subtitle track. The older episodes will be hardsubbed in the future as well.

I just got the app for my iPhone yesterday and I've been having a problem with the streaming of the anime. They'll play fine for a few seconds but then the video will stop but the counter bar will keep moving and the subtitles come up still. I don't know if it's my iPhone or something else. I should mention that I'm having the same freezing problem with other streaming videos. Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Edit: It seems like it might be my WiFi network that's the problem. I've tried playing other streaming videos on AT&T's Edge network and they play fine.

I can confirm the WiFi problem. I have an iPod touch 2g, so I can only use WiFi. Every now and then, the quality will become crap, sometimes even stopping to where I have to press the "Done" button and start again.

hi, i recently got the crunchyroll app a week ago and everything has been working fine until now. whenever i try to watch something, it takes forever to load and when it does load the time counter is set at 40 hours. i just try to ignore it and turn the subtitles on. the subtitles appear for about 1 minute or so, but then they suddenly just stop. i am curious to find out what is happening and i would like to now how to fix it.

how do you watch videos over edge or 3g? my crunchyroll app only works over wifi... when i try to play them over 3g it says that wifi is required.

3G streaming is only available to Premium Members and currently only for the latest releases until we re-convert the older videos.

Last couple weeks I was able to watch the new videos on my Iphone but yesterday, I couldn't. I am premier membership. I can watch other animes on my iPhone but not the premier animes like the new eps of Fairy Tail.

Please let me know what to do or at least FIX IT.

I love the crunchyroll app but what I find annoying is that some animes(ex one piece) arent appearing in this app. I was surprised not to find it there since one piece is in the website and i want to know what is going on. And if the administrator is reading this post, that if she/he would be able to add that anime.

One Piece is not on the Crunchyroll website.

^ Just so everyone knows, that error occurs when a person has both a Crunchyroll and Tai Seng subscription on the same account. We're aware of it and are working to fix it for the next release but, if anyone else experiences that problem we are willing to provide you with a refund and/or a workaround.
