I'm a female and I much rather get interviewed by a guy. I think when you are physically attractve you can seem to ease out your interviewer with just smiling, in my case. But to me when is female to female, they want to compete with you, test you out, make you nervous, ... they tend to be more direct and they can sometime not like you right off the bat with the way you look. I believe guys ave it easy both way... How about you? This is my opinion btw

male...they appeal less intimidating than females
but females tend to be more approachable and attending

Definitely a guy

Having experienced being interviewed by both I find women plain intimidating >.< everything Puff's said was right about women interviewers.
