A man.

Men have an invisible bond that we all share. We have a set of rules that we follow. So we automatically understand each other.

I knew it!!

Where the Hell's my bond with other girls?

I don't know, but it's pretty nice

for part-time jobs, I'd choose women. they tend to be more tender when it comes to people who work for them just a bit. but for full-time jobs or so, I'd choose men, since they all seem to focus on the job and what relates to it, and women may be distracted by looks, personality, and whether the girl being interviewed (me) will respect them. but that's just from my head, I'm not sure what it really is like in real life yet.

Male. I just always feel more comfortable talking to guys, especially in the case of authority figures. Women seem to be more intimidating or I just feel awkward speaking to them.

I prefer a guy .. because some of women will refuse the girls if they saw that they were good enough to take the job
and being jealous of them

I have been interveiwed by both, and I find men to be easier.
I have found that women tend to overthink the perspective employee's answers...they interject or fathom reasons for any missing links which usually color their opinions. Men seem to take the answers at face value and don't try to pry or get more personal. They don't dig as deeply.
Women want to make sure whoever is being hired will be on good terms with the rest of the staff and be able to do the job, but men don't really care about inter-office comraderie as long as the work gets done.
Women tend to come up with off-the-wall questions that you weren't prepared for.

These are observations I made during some of my interviews, and of course none are absolutes (although I did phrase it that way I suppose).
