I use an over the counter med called Calms Forte it's all natural so there's not groggy side effects! It helps your brain shut down.

I really wonders how pills work ... I never taken this though, because I never had problems in sleeping. What my problem is waking up, when I sleep, it's a straight 10-12 hours sleep. I don't wake up during my sleeping time either. No fantasy dreams and not even alarm clock wakes me up. Only humans can wake me up (physical force), knocking on doors won't work either...lol...

However, I can remain awake for a long time. But I can easily fall asleep even if I don't want to, just by listening to soft music, singing in my mind and thinking of someone. Then I just usually fall asleep.

Get to a very comfortable position and do these steps

take a VERY deep breath and keep it in till it hurts
then exhale and count 1
repeat but then go 2
keep going till you get to 40
most ppl fall asleep around 15

no.. try it ... i cant evne get past 10... the breathing thing makes you VERY tired so it makes your brain start to turn off aka SLEEP

Ahh... It's that guy from "Who's the best Crunchyrollian". I wanted to say thanks, I really had a good time on that thread.

On topic:
It should work out really well if you're not thinking much or if you are able to think what you're thinking. If you over-think, it will lead to mind confusion.

i wank an average of 4 times a night but it's not a cure for insomnia... anyways i just do some housework or stay in front of the comp...
