I hope they don't but I think it won't make much difference nothing will get done. All this bipartisan crap is just ahhhh!!! We need some mutual agreements to get things moving. Until that happens, things will stay they way they are. But vote people please! At least keep Palin clones outta it.

Well...I don't think that....but...being a republican gives them a hell of a good chance that they are not really the best person for the job.
By the way from the way you are talking I take it you are a republican?

No, I'm not a Republican - It just frustrates me that when a Democrat is running things, everyone is of the mindset that things are going to be on the up and up... and when a Republican is in office, everything that goes wrong is thier fault. A bird shits on somebodies windshield and Bush gets blamed, for example. Oh God, this steak is under-cooked, its that damned Bush again!

There is no such thing as a perfect leader, and no such thing as a perfect form of government. Nothing that really needs to get done, will get done in the eyes of the public - regardless of the candidate, I just thank God that I live in a country where acts of terrorism don't run on an hourly schedule.

lol no dude. I mean yes there are some people who think like that but...the reason why people are pissed at bush is because he's an jack@$$ that cost us over 9 trillion and a huge number of dead soldiers and for what....so we can try and fix a country in which the people hate us? Then give give billions to their corrupt government which showed no real effect at all. Also, besides a load of dead people, making ourselves look like @$$es to the world and completely messing up the economy; we get nothing but some oil.

I do agree that a lot of people think that just because a Democrat is in the world will now be a better place. That is not true because they are still human lol. I also just also agree about nothing will get done in the eyes of the public. If someone likes what the government does; there is a HUGE chance someone will hate it.

Why don't you do a little research on the types of things Sadam Huessein used to do.

Whenever there is war with America, America rebuilds the country in it's own image - spreading Democracy. It's not a terrible thing. God forbid a country full of people have a say in the direction thier country heads in. OOOO scary.

People died before George W. Bush was in office. People died on 9/11 too.

I wouldn't worry so much about figures, national debt and the like if I were you - you are just re-iterating hotwords and typical views concerning Bush and the Republican party.

Look beyond all that BS.

lol so it's ok for people to die while Bush was in office because people die all the time? So America rebuilds the country in it's own image....I must say that's a hell of an image. A bad government where the people get almost no say at all? If they speak out against there government lol god help them. Also, don't worry about figures, debt and the like? What kind of statement is that!? Yes, let me turn a blind eye to something that will affect the outcome of my life and the lives of the people I care about. That should fix it all. (sarcasm)

btw what do you mean by looking past all that BS?

Don't feel bad, it's not terrible to have strong opinions - you just have to take a step back some times and evaluate the reasons why you think the way you do... about anything! When I was 16, I was the same way - and realized some of the feelings I had towards certain things weren't as valid as I had thought them to be. If you let the world aggrevate you long enough, you may begin to see beyond the 'big issues' that seemingly divide people, as well as the 'big picture', as well as all of the other distractions that keep people from making tangible progress.

To quote Alec Empire, you have to, "Redefine the Enemy".

... lol why I am writing this kind of shit on CR, I have no idea.

What? Are you serious?

I see many of you don't even understand the difference between Republicans and Democrats.

Republican stands for the coporation.

Democrat stands for the middle class and poor class. Basically, anyone hovering around the poverty level. Poverty level for 2010 is set around $55k per house, but dont think your $30k more means you are rich. It just means you are doing ALITTLE better than those at the poverty level. So in that sense, you are still "POOR".

And, someone said, "this is how politics work".

What the F***, you serious?

If we didnt have 52 million people voting for a republican for all these 8 years, we wouldnt be in this mess.

For all i know, i didnt know there were 52 million rich people.

I'm not saying they are all dumb. There are alot of educated people, who are at the poverty level, vote for Republicans, too. Corporations owns the media and everything.

They control how "you" think.

Basically, if you know the difference, you should know exactly who to vote for for every election, period.

What needs to get done is taxes need to be cut on everyone and business needs to be deregulated for a little while - this will create a job creation rebound - will stimulate the economy.

We need more monies in peoples pockets so they can spend it to stimulate the economy. And we need to lower taxes on small and medium sized businesses, this will cause them to start hiring and hiring people is creating jobs, we need jobs.

Obama won't do any of that, in fact Obama is doing the exact opposite of that, which inversely is killing existing jobs which is making the already awful economy worse.

Lower taxes for everyone, especially small and medium sized businesses. We need the job growth that will create.

Its quite simple actually - Lowering taxes creates job and inversely raising them kills jobs.

This dude has no idea what he is saying. This dude got to stop saying what others are saying and start listening to yourself.

You got to stop tuning in and start tuning out.

You want to deregulate businesses? If we deregulate anymore, it would be a repeat of this recession.

Obama wants to regulate businesses so prices wont be so inflated and profit margin wont be so high. That inversely, will put money in people's pockets and help the economy.

Obama, explicitly, says that he would not raise taxes on anyone making less than $250k.

Rasing taxes on anyone making more than $250k will inversely help the middle class and the poor class.

So, lowering taxes will not help us at all.
