I know that really sucks. I read some article 2 weeks ago saying it would go on a hiatus until Spring. Anyone else hear of that??? Gintama was confirmed to continue later on; I hope they do the same for KHR.

it'd be nice if we would get some kind of news update that it was ending i mean we got a few weeks warning from gintama when it ended. but so far all I've heard are brief translations from the website that says that next week is the final broadcast.

my guess is that they will do the same thing they are doing with Gintama maybe they might release more info about this next week. I mean if it is coming back I'd rather them do this than have mountains of pointless and boring filler like in Naruto and Bleach. Now maybe Funi or Viz will finally license it for a US release I mean all the Shounen Jump titles are available in the US except for this one.

Uh i don't think this would happen anyway because the next arc starts right off the end of the final battle. =( |

My guess is that they are going to go on hiatus for a while until the manga either ends or gets further ahead I don't see KHR ending after this current ongoing arc, but then again its best to finish it after the Shimon battle and Tsuna gets the title of Vongola unless she decides to do one big final arc after that one. |

That's a terrible ending of an anime....

Is there any chance that it will come back later? I'm hoping that they just didn't want to go down the endless filler route a la Naruto/Bleach so they have taken a break...

i refuse to believe its ending until the last moments of episode 203 or until ANN reports that its ending which ever comes first. the fact is all we know is that next week is that last episode in its current timeslot but its not completely certain on whether or not the anime is actually ending. ANN prolly has reported this because even they aren't completely sure on the matter yet. so lets wait and see if anything is said this week on the matter.

ANN only reports about media releases, not website information (besides streaming trailers) on matters like this. Besides, ANN rarely announces anything about animes ending (usually only announces long running manga endings), for example it said nothing about Gintama ending before "its not over" at all. Besides that, if you only trust ANN (which isn't all that reliable at times), it now has "Number of episodes: 203" listed in it's KHR article, and now just "episodes titles." Another fact is that ALL animes for next season already have their timeslots now. I'm not sure exactly how it works, but timeslots would have to be booked awhile in advance, and I'd assume it's already past the deadline date. KHR does not have one, and there has been announcements of it's ending, it's definitely over. |

well gintama doesn't really matter since they told us in the show that it was ending weeks before it happened. all i'm saying is that i won't believe it till the very end and nothing but some kind of official statement will change that.

Yeah it would have been considerate of them to give us a heads up a few weeks in advance so that way it wouldn't cause panic amongst the fans like its doing now. Well if the anime does end and won't come back they picked a good spot to stop it at, but for us who read the manga its saddening since we won't hear what the Shimon sounds like *cough*andAdelheid'sunsymmetricalboobsjiggling*cough*
