Noooo. I was hoping this wasn't true but... I guess not.  If they release an OVA series, I'd be really happy. As long as the manga is ongoing, there'll always be hope! When episode 203 is released, I'll be watching with a sad face. |

Woah! That actually breaks my heart to see/read this series come to an end. But I guess it's okay since they've caught up with the manga and if they did continue it... it'll be like bleach, making unnecessary fillers in the middle of an arc... and I don't want that...
on a side note, the contest deadline is a day before my birthday! Oooh, would be awesome to win it. time to hunt!

What do u mean good news? A contest does not make the end of the anime any easier. i was really looking forward to the shimon family arc too. >.< This really sucks. ...and considering Reborn is really the main reason I''m still subscribing here i probably wont be here much longer.

*sigh* I'm going to miss this anime. D: I prefer manga, but still. I've followed this series so long time and now it's over. Kinda makes me sad. I have no idea what I'm gonna do on saturday mornings for now on. ;-;
Let's just hope that they'll do another season.

Well I guess this is it for the series for now, but I don't expect the anime to end like this for good they might pick it back up again once the manga ends or the current ongoing arc ends. So I really hope this is just a long hiatus like with Gintama I heard there was going to be a Rebocon in November so maybe they will announce something then?? At least they had the balls to end it instead of creating a mountain of pointless fillers like in Bleach and Naruto and they did pick a good place to end it at for the time being

Like you said, they put themselves in a corner like so many other series have done(Eyeshield 21 being a prime example) and had to end it because they didn't want fans waiting 3 or 4 weeks at a time for a new episode. This is because a new episode is about 2 or 3 chapters worth of content I believe and since it's a weekly show, this just wouldn't have worked out. It's a shame though because the next arc coming up is getting extremely good and would have been great in animated form(two words, Adelheid Suzuki ) . Hopefully down the road there is still enough of a fan base to make another season.

WTF!!!! Reborn is NO MORE? WHY???? Well I guess they will do it like Naruto? There will be a part 2? The Manga is still going!! From what I’ve read from the above comments I HOPE there a part 2! Reborn was AWESOME!!!! Nuff said!
