? Don't get it? Every time I get a receipt it says how much is basic price and how much is taxes. And on what are those taxes spent on you can see on official pages of related ministries in every country. You can actually download it in convenient .pdf files. And when government wants and outside agency to do some research you can find all the info on net; no need for phone calls, official e-mails and whatnot.
If you want to compare, it was american system that surprised me more: there I was buying, $30 t-shirt, and I had to pay few dollars more. (32? 31. 60? or more? cant remember). And then they explained that taxes are not calculated in the price. Is that better? I dunno and I don't care. It just confused me for a moment.

it depends. The wall never affected us so much since we said f... off to both eastern and western block and were working as intermediaries so we were welcomed mostly everywhere. After the recent war for independence it was supposed to be better, but our leaders only think about themselves (surprise, surprise), no matter if they are social, democrat or whatnot... they are all the same. Now they even want us in the EU and I hope we never, ever enter that, although next year we will be admitted, but I still hope we will not.
In comparison to system we had: there is less "real" work, more paper shuffling and desk jobs, and less opportunities especially for smaller businesses (where I am... and soon I'll be back at job market if something doesn't change).
Hope this answers your question, although I could write more. But thank you for asking.

What is socialism in your eyes? And perhaps a fun question to add is: What do you think of the West-European Countries?

Socialism in my eyes is an abomination, it takes away property rights, economic rights and freedoms, personal liberties and freedoms, and takes away all incentive to better yourself.

Dunno anything about Europe execpt they havre something called a Single Market.
Fascism under the claim of capitalism is the real abomination. It's making everyone a lier with its narcissism, by manipulating its consumers just like themselves.

Besides, none of your claims were the real criticism towards humanity as social animals, so what's your point?

Fascism and Socialism are both abhorrence's. But if I had to pick one I'd pick neither. I pick Laissez faire for the win.

In other words, you're a rambling idiot just like the rest of the Tea Party nation.

Laissez faire is the greatest economic system in the world, it promotes economic growth, creates jobs and opportunity, and protects property rights, renders all other economic systems obsolete.

Last I checked

Economic growth ~ good thing
Jobs ~ good thing
Property rights ~ good thing

Can you at least explain to him why you think Laissez faire is not a good idea instead of calling him names?

I'm for capitalism as much as the next sensible person. But what DomFortress is trying to say is that capitalism is not a perfect system and that capitalism can lead to corruption like socialism. Just because someone acknowledges that there are some corrupt practices in capitalism doesn't automatically makes them a socialist, you know.

You don't want regulation that upholds private practices to be responsible for their actions? OK:

But he's pretty much just asking for this. Which is exactly what the socialistic society doesn't want.

But that may prove difficult for you finding information that goes against your beliefs my be more than you can handle. i post a link but you have this rebuttal removed Happy Happy Joy Joy

If you look at some of Allhailodin's more rational comments he have mentioned that corporate corruption should be dealt with and that businesses should be held accountable. He also believe that anti-discrimination laws are a perfect valid form of regulation. He just believes that over-regulation is not necessary. But then again he has contradicted himself several times.

Besides, I agree that businesses and salesmen should be punished for their crimes like common criminals who burgle or rob other people. But that doesn't mean that we have to switch to a socialistic society to accomplish that either.
