I think you kinda have misunderstood that part a bit. Moka with and without the Rosario is the same person, albeit with two different personalities where one is dominant while the Rosario is on and the other is dominant while it is off.
Neater is any less real then the other if you will. Think of it as two sides of the same coin.

lol, i saw this and HAD to respond. please read the manga, the anime kinda sucks, they butcher the storyline. Rosario+vampire is one of my favorite mangas. and while she is technically "fake" she, for all intents and purposes, became a real person, a part of moka. Moka now has two personalities. on a side note, Mizore is cuter anyway.

I hate harem anime in general, I think the concept is stupid and the guys are usually worthless. Compared to most I've seen, Tsukune isn't that bad. At least he is trying to be self sufficient and not depend on the girls to save him all the time. Even if he fails, trying earns him points with me.
