Playon, now has a script that is able to play crunchyroll with the subtitles. It has a few problems though, like being unable to sign into your crunchyroll account.

If PlayOn doesn't allow you to sign into your account then wouldn't you only be able to get SD? I can play SD CR fine over the PS3's web browser.

Can you give a link to that? I signed up for a Playon trial and found a CR script, but I can't get it turn off the subs.

We finally broke down and got a PS3 for the BluRay player. So, now we have an iPad and Droid phones that can play CR, but not the Viera TV, the XBox 360 nor the PS3. We have PlayOn, but well...

I'm wishing maybe if there was a way to play both audio and video out from my iPad through my Viera, and be able to have Crunchyroll on my TV that way, might be quicker than waiting on a console or Smart TV app.

Who will win the TV race?

So is there any chance we can get a playon app that is functional with our paid accounts? I really dont want to wiat for bleach, or watch it in SD on my lovely HD TV.

just stream your anime in 480p from the PS3's browser, no need to mess with that Play On's bs. What makes me wonder if anything is in the making was that poll we had few months ago concerning which console we had, could be related to an app perhaps, with PS3 winning the poll of course.

The only reason why I wont subscribe to crunchy roll is because of the lack of an APP for the ps3.

I would love it and would be a long time member if one was created, otherwise I will probably unsubscribe once my free-trial is over.

I just want to add that I would love a CR app for PS3 or 360 because I would prefer watching the anime on my 46" tv instead of my computer!

Hmmm will have to try that. Latency will probably always be an issue, no matter what gets used. Buffer meh pl0x!
