gerthdynn All I can say is what everyone has told me... just wait till you hit 30. 5'8" and range from 128-142 lbs depending on mood, general mental health, time that I get to do things I want... etc etc. There's nothing magical about 30. People simply stop moving as much the older they get, yet they have higher income levels so they spend on things that make life easier and eat foods more removed from their natural state. Most of my training partners are over 45 and still going strong. |

This was more towards the two people with metabolisms like mine where it goes and goes and goes no matter how little or much you eat or however much activity you have be it relatively minor or massive. We tend to not have to do anything to maintain and can seemingly do very little to increase to what is considered societal norms. There are others that even at 18 they can just look at a pizza and gain weight where we tend to eat the entire thing if we aren't carefully watching. The training partners you refer to are likely incredibly active and thus they work at keeping their metabolic rate up. Good on them. |

Simply understand how the body works and how to have it working for you instead of against you. When you understand how to do that minimal activity is needed to maintain your weight. |
