agreed! But it sounds like this person needs someone to teach him that everyone has personal boundaries! And not everyone enjoys or wants to be touched by people. In the D.C. area and probably everywhere else people feel that your public domain nowadays, they walk up and hug you or kiss you as if your life long friends...I choose my friends quite carefully and whom I hug even more so, I don't liked to be grabbed or slobbered over. There used to be a time when these actions showed that you really cared for and respected someone. Not that you where obligated to do it because it made you look nice and friendly. Looks can be deceiving.
