Maybe this doesn't count but I'll share anyways.

A few years ago I started having these really weird dreams. They were so realistic I can still remember every detail. In these dreams I am in the dark but light glows from somewhere. I am completely paralyzed and very cold. I start to feel a prickling sensation in my fingers then a tugging. It dawns at me that the sensation is actually nibbling .... something was nibbling on my fingers. I hear a faint squeaking that only gets louder as the nibbling increases this time all over me. I try to move but I can't. I try to scream but nothing comes out. My vision gets blurred by my silents tears while the squeaking gets louder and louder. At this point I would always wake up. I had that same dream (with a few variations) for like a month. It got to the point where I was afraid to go to sleep.

One day when I was walking my dog I decided to take a stroll around the neighborhood. Visit the local shops and stuff. I lived near the freeway (Yay! L.A.) so there was an tunnel you have to go through to get to the other side of the street. It's a small tunnel made for people not cars. I've taken that path many times. Anyways just as I about to go in I hear my dog hack on something. I reach down and wrestle something outta her mouth. It was a rat skull. Gosh just remembering tears me up. I threw the thing straight into the tunnel. I didn't run I just stood there. I looked into the tunnel and decided to take the long way to the over side.

After that the dreams just stopped. I looked for news about the tunnel maybe a murder had occurred there or something. Nothing out of the ordinary. A couple of years ago the tunnel was sealed to discourage hobos. My relief at the news surprised me a bit. After all nothing ever did happened in there.

Kudos if you read all that.

Whenever I am walking up the stair I always get this weird feeling that someone is behind me and I run up the stairs.

Also when ever I walk into the house, If I'm first, I always kick the door open first because I feel like if there is someone in the house w/ a gun he/she would get shocked and shoot the door. Im VERY paranoid. :sweatingbullets:

One time after i had watched Haunting In Connecticut ( Scary Movie! And It's based on a real story! T.T) I went to sleep I heard this crackiling noise and I assumed it was the vent but the crackiling was to loud and i was freaking out! So i just assumed it was the ice in the water which I had next to me. I never knew what it really was, but after that I never brought water at night into my room. Haha

Im not sure if it's phenomenal experience or just parinoia, but I hate these feelings.

I just left the top of my bunk bed. It was midnight and everyone in the home was asleep except for myself. All the lights were turned off excluding the narrow hallway and I decided I could best watch TV like that. Late at night... some naughty programs came on... I did some naughty things... After which I went into the bathroom passing the narrow hallway that was lit with the yellowish white light (eerie!). I was washing my hands when I noticed how incredibly quiet it was. Just then I began falling sleepy and just within the moment I jolted myself out of the land of lala I heard my name being called clearly and intelligibly. It was done with a sly, quick, hissed voice. And I remember how fast it was said but sounded so lucid and slow. It wasn't a dream, I was completely awake. I looked instantly flashing the entire room with my flummoxed and adrenaline pumped woken faculties all working like they were one organ and sense. In an instant I discerned the shower curtains unusual form and empty cubicle. All my senses told me it wasn't vacant. I heard it for the second time just as well and clearly as the first time, it was then that I bolted out of their and ran down the the hallway which felt like an eternity. I wanted to wake someone up but I just stayed under the covers and it's beyond me how I managed to fall asleep.

hmmm judging from what u said, it's most likely that ur mind is playing tricks on u. or u had a fear or some sort... there's many to choose from for ur "problem" but most likely it's ur mind. a human mind is unpredictable

don't worry about it. it's probably just ur imagination. crackling noises can be made from ALMOST anything.

hmm... interesting indeed. never heard of this one before. my guess is that it's kind of made up but that's just my opinion.

So i got a few questions for u
1) Where did the sound come from?
2) How long did it take you to get to sleep after you heard the voice calling your name?

The account is as ccurate as I remember it.

1. The trenchant voice came from behind the opaque curtain in the empty shower cubicle, it's in the story.

2. I chalked it up to my imagination as I was way too drowsy and that maybe helped me dismiss it.

It's merely the anecdotal tellings of a teenager who had the bad habit of purposefully depriving himself of sleep. It's said that people eventually hallucinate without sleep. Or maybe it could've been the real deal...?

Believe it or dismiss it to your hearts content. I just hope I didn't spook you before Halloween. Mwahahahaa

Ouija boards.

Ive talked to spirits and I have seen a white figure standing in the corner of my room before.

I used to hear 4 knocks on my wall everynight
then it actually followed me up north to the cabin after I told my friends about the knocks,

They heard it too.

So i knew I wasnt crazy.
I asked my friends grandma what it meant because I was getting freaked out

She told me that it meant a spirit was trying to invite its way in, evil or bad.
and told me to tell it to go away,
so I did take holy water and put it on my doors that day (I know so weird but I was really gettin freaked out)
and told it to go away.

And I dont think its been back since then.

I find it strange how you believe in anything as you dismiss pretty much every post, there stories sound just as legit as any religion or mythology.

Anyway,

I saw a bunch of white little lights flying over my house one night at about 12:00am. A bunch of little white lights, they all moved as one, so it couldn't have been a flock of white birds at night, as none moved individually. They weren't attached to each other, but they all moved as one, there's no telling what this could have been, I was guessing I was seeing something from space and not in our sky. It must have been a lot of asteroids. But it was strange at first, I didn't feel any different like most people, no spirit or anything made me feel any different.

I wasn't drunk, high, dizzy. I was completely collected when I saw this, and I'm not the only one who saw it because my little niece pointed to it whenever I saw it as well.

It was probably something from space, like a group of asteroids, but I'm not entirely sure...

When I was younger, I usually felt someone poking me, when I was about to sleep. When I turned around, there was nothing....
The most scary and weird thing that has ever happened to me, three times now, is sadly quite unexplainable. It's fucking annoying, that I can't really explain it well, but It's really fucking creepy. I'll try to explain it now though.
Imagine you lie in your bed/on the floor. Suddenly you can't move your body at all and you get freaked out. You can't hear anything and you can't scream for help or anything. You suddenly get a felling, that something bad has happened and that your life is in ruins. A very weird felling. You can never remember the end of this creepy situation, but I'm pretty sure it's not a dream. Luckily, I haven't had this experience for a while.

The other day my dog just kept staring at the stairs and barking at it. I thought his ball was stuck or something because he usually rams it between the banisters and comes to find me so I have to take it out if he can't do it with his snout. I looked for the ball, no sign of it. He did it for about 5 minutes until I was like "There's nothing there shut up!" hmm.

There was that time I saw a werewolf in the hospital LOL. I was in my room and the door was open, so I'm just laying there and next thing this guy runs down the corridor and collapses by the door to his knees breathing heavily and screaming, I swear I saw his spine moving and hairs growing then he shot off again. I got so freaked out lol but then my Mammy came into my room and said "Aww its just the drugs babe" and I was convinced! I hadn't been dosed in hours! Looking back, maybe it was just a someone from the nut ward.
