For those of you who don't know, I posted about this a few weeks ago. Tai Seng has a bunch of Chinese videos from Hong Kong. We run Tai Seng's video website, powered by Crunchyroll's video platform. You can even log in with your CR account! They add a bunch of new shows every week, mainly from TVB. Most new shows are subtitled in English, and everything is in Cantonese or Mandarin. Note that it is a subscription site and for US audiences only (sorry, that's how the licenses work). If you aren't interested in this stuff, maybe your parents are! For people who want to subscribe, I think its saying that its entirely separate between whether you subscribe there and what kind of membership you have here. That site is only by subscription. T__________T That's the rights this distributor has. They can do the streaming because they already have the rights for their cable/satellite channels in the US. I'm sure if a Cantonese / Mandarin cable or satellite broadcaster in another country wanted to hire Crunchyroll to set up a streaming site for them, Crunchyroll would be happy to do it.
