Fall series that are known to be continuing into the Winter include Bakuman, Star Driver: Kagayaki no Takuto, Super Robot Wars OG: The Inspector, and Toaru Majutsu no Index II. Other Fall series may be continuing into the Winter, but currently have no episode count listed. Examples of these include The World God Only Knows and Tegami Bachi: Reverse.
I'm sure it's safe to say Pokemon Best Wishes will be continuing, and Yumeiro Pâtissière Professional would most likely be as well. Kaminomi is definitely not continuing, as it's been confirmed that only 4 characters will be covered, with 2 of them having been done already.

Given that Cardfight!! Vanguard is on TV Tokyo, it seems likely to be on Crunchyroll, as does the second season of Mitsudomoe.
I'm not too sure on Cardfight. Not only may CR classify it as a "kids anime" (though they didn't with Mainichi Kaa-san), but it's a title that may be quickly licensed for a US release as a kids anime. As for Mitsudomoe 2, there's no real indication that it will be on the same station the first season aired on. Its a fair assumption given the first series, but if the announcement of only having 8 episodes is correct, I don't believe it would easily fit into a weekly TV schedule... I'd give it about a 50/50 chance of being on the same station, which would affect Crunchyroll's chances, but Crunchyroll will still probably have it.

For Starry Sky ANN has this in the original announcement (though I'm not sure how accurate this is):

Similar to Hetalia - Axis Powers, Starry Sky's anime will be distributed through the Animate.tv website and other means.

And for Supernatural (also via ANN):

Warner Home Video will ship Supernatural the Animation on Blu-ray and DVD in Japan on one starter disc on February 23, 2011, followed by two boxes on March 9 and April 6. (The first disc and box have been delayed by one month.)

Some more errors from the chart:

All the Votoms series, Armored Trooper Votoms: Alone Again, Votoms Finder and Armored Trooper Votoms: Case;Irvine are theatrical movies and not OVAs.

Time Paladin Sakura's date is wrong. Both episode 1 and 2 have been delayed with episode 1 reschedule for Winter 2011 and episode 2 probably in Spring

All the releases has been pushed back with episode 1 & 2 reschedule to be released on February 23rd, episode 3 to 12 on March 9th and episode 13 to 22 on April 6th

I guess I got to hope that Tegami Bachi is a half year series, and that there is some show that takes my by surprise like Otome Yokai Zakuro.

Odd that we will apparently have two series in consecutive seasons with a one season gap. Has that happened before (at least with any series on CR) in the past couple of years?

Regarding Mitsudomoe 2, even if it does not end up on TV Tokyo (which would seem a bit odd to me), has CR ever not obtained the rights to a second series for which they had the rights to the first?

As for Cardfight, I can't say I would be heartbroken if CR didn't get this one.

We still have at least 4 series aside from Mitsudomoe 2 that have no network listed. Based on interest I have seen expressed here, it would be nice if Beelzebub ended up on TV Tokyo.

I added this errata to the initial message. Thanks.

Can you clarify what you mean by "half season"? I would have thought a 12-13 episode series would be considered a one season series.

There's a total of 4 Marvel series that were planned at the same time. Blade and X-Men are scheduled for 2011
