There is no news yet but if so, it will be after the manga is completed. And the ending is so open ended that if there isn't a second season, fans would go crazy and eventually make them. |

this makes no sense to me D; i'm in episode 25 of skip beat and i'm wondering if kyoko and tsugara are gonna fall in love or not! i want a season 2 and i think that they should show more of kyoko and tsugara dating and stuff((if you can't understand what i said just ignore it ^^")) |

appearently season 1 was a late night anime and didn't really get popular soo they don't plan to do a season 2.. gosh i hate those people skip beat is soo good!! they can't jus leave the ending like that.. we deserve to see Sho get more jealous and Ren marry or at least date Kyoko.

OK! We are in Volume 28 of the manga, It is TIME for Season 2 of skip beat! And this time, no skipping scenes or adding to the anime unneccesarily. The Manga is perfect and should be made into an anime. It is just continuously getting better and better, I cannot wait for volume 29 to come out in October. I really hope some producer, whether in the US or in Japan get their act together and take on this amazing anime. It is really going to prove worth while. I asked Crunchyroll who to contact with requests and petitions if we wanted a real chance of getting a second season.
