Not a bug, but plz update the playlists so different shows under one anime name can be seperated...
As like a spin off and a main anime

Hi guys, thanks for reporting all the video/subtitle issues. We've submitted a new build of the app to Apple so there will be an update soon! The new version will have a feedback form for reporting video problems right in the app, which will help us keep track of which videos are having problems and fixing them. Currently it's a little difficult to keep track of all the different videos.

Please try out the new version once it gets approved, and please use it to let us know which shows are problematic. We will definitely fix it!!

Hi, thanks for your feedback.
We've submitted an update to our app, which will address the first point (remembering where you left off).

We will be focusing more on the social aspects of the app in the future, now that the video player and episode browsing is more stable. Also, once AirPlay support becomes official for third party apps, you can be sure we'll get on it. We bought an Apple TV here just so we could get to try out AirPlay with our app, but was just as disappointed as everyone else that it wouldn't work

Having problems with watching any of the content. Movies simply doesnt load,but goes black after pressing play.
I suspect its my router settings, since ive tried it in another household where it works fine, but have no idea what settings there should be.
Any help?

EDIT. The app works flawlessly with my 3g setup.

I downloaded this app about a week ago, but haven't really been able to use it up until now
Subtitles for many videos are missing!
I've only been able to find one video so far with subtitles
Is this a glitch or some other problem?
I've turned on english subtitles in my account preferences online, but they still do not show up for many videos

Is there a solution?

Okay, after I had already sent this...I realized that it was just the Erin series. All the other shows that I've watched on the app are working perfectly.

iPad WiFi 16GB, OS 4.2.1

Repeatedly re-installed, deleted, stopped & restarted the app, which is the latest version (checked today)

Streaming is frequently unreliable, either stopping or stuttering; streaming to a desktop browser on the same network (ADSL, generally getting 8-12 Mbit) is generally flawless.

For example, just now I tried to watch Naruto Shuppuden episode 64:

The iPad seemed unable to buffer any content (as seen by the coloured area to the right of the progress bar in the video player) and kept stopping dead at 12-13 seconds. Watching it in the browser was flawless.

A lot of episodes of various things have stuttered like this; frequently when they stop the audio gets out of sync with the video &subtitles (by anything up to 30-60 seconds) although hitting the "recap 30 seconds" button sometimes resyncs it; other times, it just stalls the video. Trying to jump ahead tends to get a single frame, but then stall.

A lot of episodes have been jamming in the closing credits (about 20 minutes in) this week, too.

It does seem worse when I use it on a friend's slower network.

The problems are a pity, because the content's great, but I can't sit at my desk for long periods at the moment as I'm recovering from surgery!

It won't let me scroll down in some summaries. Say I tap on an anime to scroll down to the videos, it wont let me scroll down but pop it back up to the top of the page.

EDIT: Also it won't display my info but will remain a black page. I can still change tabs.

Thanks. That will be fixed in the next-next release (the next release is already being reviewed by Apple and hopefully will be out soon)

Ok, so I upgraded to premium, how do you enable the TV OUT support?
