App version: newest one (2.05) I believe

I downloaded the newest version of the app since it said would fix the crashing problem but ever since I installed the update it wont even open, I just see the white screen for a moment before it closes out. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but that hasn't helped and nothing else I've tried has worked. I'm really wishing I hadn't installed that update now since I at least was able to watch a few shows before the thing crashed. Do I have to wait now till a new update might fix this?

i was having zero luck with the 2.05 version until i updated my ipod software (from 4.3.3 to 6.0.1). now it works like a charm! i hope that this works for you, too.

It's a really good app but it need more anime so if you can can you plz put more anime on the crunchyroll app

I figured out how to fix my issue!
If your history is not updating on mobile device after watching an episode, I suggest you go to the website on a PC and clear your History.

I guess mine was way oversaturated with info since I never cleared it since I joined Crunchy roll... 2 years ago.

Every time I try to start the app it crashes and redownloading the app won't work either what can I do to fix this problem?

1) Device type - iPhone 5 & iPad 3rd gen
2) OS version - both 6.0.1
3) newest currently available

Problem is that I can't play back certain anime, such as Btooom! They dont show up in the appen when trying to go there via the site I get the error "You don't have permission to do this".
I tried searchingthis forum but couldn't find anything.

**fixed** had to go in account settings and enable mature content!

The quality keeps on changing from what seems like 360p to 720p or even 1080p and is really starting to get on my nerves, my internet speed is a constant 10mb+ the device I'm using is Ipad 3 IOS: 6.0.1 App version: 2.05 Please look into this! Thanks

How do you clear your "history"? I am having the same problem and I went to the site but I don't see how to clear my history. Any help would be great.

EDIT: Nevermind. I figured it out but it certainly didn't help. Now it thinks I am on the first episode of everything. NO NOT CLEAR YOUR HISTORY. It's actually worse then before. How was this supposed to be helpful?

Step one!
Go here and make sure you have a birth date set - http://www.crunchyroll.com/editprofile/?tab=basic

Step two!
Go here and make sure you have 'Show Mature Content' enabled - https://www.crunchyroll.com/acct/?action=video

Step three!
Add it to your Queue.

This should enable playback for the show.

This is a known issue on devices running 4.3
You can update the OS or wait for the next version of the app to be released.
