I phone 3.
IOS : 6.0.1 App . Lates update. The only problem that i hve with the app is that my queue docent's update. The rest of the app is perfect. |

iPad 2
ios 6.0.1 Lastest crunchyroll Video player error. Paid member since 2011 It's been about 3 months since I have been able to watch anything on my iPad. Thought it was because I didn't update my iPad. Even with the new update, I can't watch anything. Instead of just getting at the stuck black screen, now I get video player error. Please help, really miss watching stuff on my iPad. Considering canceling my subscription. Thanks. |

Have tried installing - reinstalling several times.
Powering down and restarting Clearing history Adding the 2 shows in my que Putting my age in my account Turing on mature context I even tired to watch through Safari but I just keep getting redirected to the app. Note: It appears I can watch shows on my MacBook just fine. |

What shows? Can you try going into 'Settings' and resetting some of your options? I don't have an iPad at hand but that may resolve the issue. Is your device jailbroken? |

I am having the same issue as Jreyes103. I cannot watch any videos from crunchyroll on any iOS device. My laptops, desktops work fine.
iPad 2 running latest versions and an iPad 1 running iOS5. is ther some kind of specific useless region detecting going on specific to iOS? It stopped working when i moved to Japan, but only on my iPads and iPhone 4. Did the uninstall/reinstall, reset, wipe... no avail. |

I have an iPhone 4 with iOS v6.0.1 and I've tried to download the crunchyroll app from the App Store and its version 2.07 but when I open the app it goes to the load screen and then exits out after a few seconds. I've tried deleting and then redownloading the app several times but it still doesn't work. This is the first time I've tried using your service and I hope you have this resolved soon. I'm a big anime fan and I've heard lots of good things about your service and I would like to pass on good reviews but as of right now I can't do anything. Thank you for your time I hope you have this issue resolved soon.

IOS6 Latest app version Doesn't have problem watching on my laptop, but the search on App couldn't find Gankutsuou. Browser link always brought me to the App and it saids player error. But the anime showed up on my history, clicking that brings me to error "you do not have permission to do that." :/ |
