I can't watch any videos on my iPhone 4 using a 3G network. It says I should upgrade to premium membership to enjoy videos on 3G when I am an anime-membership subscriber. Dafudge?

1) iPad V2, model DLXF9903DKPK
2) iOS version 6.0.1
3) Crunchyroll App version, updated 29Dec 2012. (Uninstalled from iTunes on my Macbook plus and uninstalled from the iPad, then downloaded again from the App Store to the MacBook Plus, and re-installed to the iPad via iTunes.
4) After several months of good behavior on the iPad, the CR app stopped keeping track of which episode I had last watched on all of the shows I have been following. The problem commenced perhaps 2 months ago.
5) No need to do anything to reproduce the problem, it is always present.

Some shows where problem was observed: Captian Harlock, Sherlock Hound, The Melancoly of..., Chihayafuru, Kokoro Connect, Girls und Panzer, Hayate no gotoku.

Anyone else experiencing this bug?

I have the same issue as of yesterday my history no longer updates and so my queue no longer updates.

I have an iPod touch first generation and I just tried to download the crunchyroll app today but it was error or incompatible even though my iPod iOS is a 4.1 so what to do

My understanding is that the current version of the Crunchyroll app doesn't support the older iOS versions, and of course that first gen iPod Touch can't be updated to a more recent version.

I don't believe Apple allows multiple versions of an app to be posted in the iTunes Store, which would also explain why CR can't keep the older app around for older devices.

The only solution I see short of buying a newer device would be to find the older app version somewhere, and then jailbreak your device to allow it to be installed.

I am guessing in the only one but I haven't been able to watch anything on my iPad since updating to the latest version of the app. I have an iPad 3 and latest ios. It's like the network connection is super bad but it works fine on my android devices.

don't know if you still have that problem, I had it too and what worked for me was clearing my watched histoy, log-out, then log in again, any anime you had in your queue will be back to ep 1 but it will solve both queue and history updates. Hope it works

I know, I recentrly bought my ipad not even a month ago, barely use the crunchyroll app on it, but stil got that problem, I contacted crunchyroll support and that's the solution they gave, still hope it worked

Hi,

since months back my iphone app wont open i´ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times also waiting for an update but nothing worked

I'm running it on an iphone 4s with IOS 6.0.2

is there any known workaround or something for this issue

So it sounds like you guys are both having the same problem.

You have the app, go and click on the app to open Crunchyroll, then it doesn't open?

Can you tell me if a fresh uninstall / reinstall works?

If not, can you try going into your settings and doing a reset on the device then see if it will work?

I uninstalled / reinstalled twice today and it didn't work.

1) Device type - iPhone 4S ...thing.
2) OS version - 6.0.1
3) App version, or if you don't know, approximate date and time you installed the latest version. -- Don't remember, but I probably reinstalled the app about two weeks ago or so.
4) Detailed description of the problem. - Any time I try to play any video, whether it's from my queue or a new anime, it just doesn't play. It has the loading icon repeating on a black screen. I tried clicking pause and then play again, but same thing happens.
5) Steps to reproduce the problem... - See above? I also tried removing the app and reinstalling it, but still the same thing. It happens on my PS3 too. The only way I can watch CR is on my computer now... which can be kinda annoying, cuz I wanna be able to watch... off the computer. :/
