Beelzebub ep 3, Gosick ep 3, and Mitsudomoe 2 ep 3 all show as being around 400 minutes long. They play fine but it makes it impossible to scrub.

EDIT: Fairy Tail 63 also has the same problem.

What exactly is the problem? Does the application not load? Do the videos not play?

Basically.

The Pre Video Navigation is solid, with the odd freeze now and then when switching into landscape.
Loading the Video is where to problems start, as I'm faced with a blank, black screen for an eternity. I left it on charge overnight simply to check it was my Broadband, Im running 50MB and still, nothing.

So.

Application Loads
Navigation is a bit clippy, but still fine.

Videos simply do not load.

^ We're going to be transitioning our videos to stream through our CDN service in the near future which will increase the overall performance. Our Naruto app had performed much better than expected and sucked our bandwidth dry last weekend which is what caused these recent issues. Things have died down a bit from that surge but there still may be problems. So things should work much better when we switch over but I can''t say for sure why the videos aren't loading for you right now since they load fine me and other people. It's possible that there's some network disconnect somewhere between where you are and where our server is.

Though we'll look into this to see if there are any current issues that we can resolve.

Thank you, all of the videos are working. I actually ran across some more broken videos last night and was going to post them this morning but they have also been fixed as well. It seems it was a problem with all simulcasts released in the past week or so.

Latest two videos, rio #3 and bleach #306 don't show a play button in the iPad app.

A couple of (minor) annoyances:

Firstly when opening the app, please take me to the latest releases. No reason to see my profile, then have to click anime, then browse, then pick latest. I figure if you are willing to pay for CR you watch enough to know Naruto is popular.

Secondly with the website, if I visit on my iPad (like now) I see the page about the app, which is fine. However please remember my choice to proceed, as I see it every time I go to the forums. If you check to see if the logged in user has iOS devices registered and don't show this page that would be ideal.

4) Detailed Description - Episodes of Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya are mislabeled. For example, the one labeled as "Episode 1 - Mikuru Asahina's Adventure 00" is in fact not this episode. The episode that plays instead is "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya Part 1", which is the first episode chronologically speaking. Mikuru Asahina's Adventure 00 is number one in the original broadcast lineup, however. Maybe all of the episodes are labeled according to their broadcast release order, but were uploaded in their chronological order, causing the labels to not match the content?
5) Steps to reproduce the problem - Browse The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and select an episode to then play.

Found a possible cause of blank screens after starting a video on the app:

I did a test and have found that the iPad app appears to only have the problem I described on Secure networks. I was able to use the app at work because I use open networks, however, at home my network is secure and the app won't funtion.

I tested the app using my Mifi and found the app plays videos when the Mifi is unsecured and won't play them when it is secured.

Can you pass this info along and see if they can find a fix? Thank you.

4) Problem - Crunchyroll splash screen appears, video goes fullscreen and turns black, no video or audio start, screen stays black no controls appear no video plays. App must be quit with Home key.
5) Steps to reproduce - Open app start a video from Browse area or History. The rest of the app functions as it should.

4) The Gintama episodes are not in sync. the video is sped up. I don't know all of the episodes that it is doing this on, but i know that it's at least doing it for the first several episodes.
5) Steps to reproduce the problem... Just watch episode 1, for example.

I really wanna be able to watch gintama on my iphone, so please fix this!

I think some recent changes to our encoding system should have fixed the problem that caused this A/V sync issue so I'll re-encode episode 1 by the end of today and, if it works, I'll re-encode the rest.

4) Problem - H20 ~Footprints in the Sand~ episode 3 is out of sync. The episode goes out of sync during the opening. Other episodes doesn't have this problem.
5) Steps to reproduce the problem - Just watch episode 3 on the iPad.

4) Problem - I noticed that there is the option to use AirPlay through AppleTV, but the icon indicates audio output only. Tried to play Episode 306 with output through AirPlay to AppleTV. Two questions: 1) the audio output to AppleTV did not work. Is this an issue with the app, or with my configuration? 2) Will video/audio AirPlay be coming anytime soon?

5) Steps to reproduce the problem - Use AirPlay when watching an episode, 306, for example

I'm pretty sure Airplay is not in full use yet Thus why only audio only so far.
