Took 2 hrs to watch 2 Naruto Shippuden episodes between all the hang-up spots. Now, the app is crashing while loading a video. Will try another shutdown/restart.

The app freezes as it's loading with the logo displayed above. Worked fine a few days ago. I was able to solve my previous stated problem (shown above) by doing the following. 1. I used my google app to bring up the crunchyroll website. 2. I then brought up a show. ("The World God Only Knows", I'm pretty sure it's not even on the app) 3. Instructions came up after I chose the episode I wanted to watch. 4. I proceeded to click "click here to watch this video" Not only did the crunchyroll app load up correctly it also played the video for the anime that I'm pretty sure wasn't on the app. So for those of you who have had the same problem quoted above, this method should fix it as well as give you the same anime variety (or close to it) that is on the website. Also make sure to hit the "no thanks" button for downloading the crunchyroll app when you open up the site using the above method. I hope that the bugs are worked out though because although this solution is effective, it still takes time to do.

xxxErinxxx 313 cr points Send Message: 19 / F Offline	Permalink Reply Quote Posted 2/3/11 1) ipod touch 4th gen 2) 4.2.1 3)1.10 4) i can't get onto the app 5) i redownloaded it multiple times and it downloads fine but when i press on the app icon to open it a white screen shows up that says crunchyroll and then after awhile the app just shuts down and it returns to the home page thing for the itouch. no matter how many times i delete and redownload it and sync it to my comp the same thing still happens

Maybe I'm just lucky or maybe I had a specific bug that only looks similiar. Whatever the reason, the app is in dire need of repair, it's giving crunchyroll a bad name...

I'm no programmer so if that solution didn't work, then I'm all out of ideas. Guess we'll just have to keep complaining till their programmers get the job done.
