Crunchyroll iOS app

Is there somewhere I can signup for when they fix the crunchyroll app so it works with the current iOS? I would think they would put this on the news on the front of the site except that I get the feeling they are pretending there's nothing wrong so as not to scare future customers.

when i try to load the app it will load the drama but not the anime videos or the list. If im in the middle of the episode it will sometimes just randomly go back to the beginning and i cant fast foward or rewind unless i quit out of the app completely. Yes, this is the crunchyroll app and sometimes it will stop and play a different anime show... Sometimes i'l pay for my service and it will say that im not a premium member and wont let me play any videos for about a week. I reset my phone, double tapped the home button and quit out of it.. I also deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times.

Got a question. With the upcoming iPad 3 rumored to have a higher resolution (2048x1536 vs. the iPad 2's current 1024x768), will the Crunchyroll iPad app be updated later on w/ HD streaming to support the higher res screen?

I have the new version ios 5.0.1 I've downloaded the crunnchyroll app my new phone the iPhone 4s the videos keep loading over and over.the the video gets grainy and the sound is distorted.

I downloaded the app but it won't show on my iPod 3rd gen, and when I go back to the AppStore to try to reinstall it, it says already installed, but it's nowhere on my iPod!

I have the same problem by not receiving notifications on my iPad and my iPhone. I thought deleting it and reinstalling it would work but it didn't :/

Just chiming in with info on Notifications and the skipping issue.
There is a current known issue on devices running iOS 5. (Video skipping intermittently. Video restarting and time bar becoming inaccessible.) We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing you & we are looking into the issue. To work around this bug you can take the following steps. Double tap the Home button to bring up the Multitasking bar. Press and hold anywhere on the multitasking bar until the icons on it start to wiggle. While they are wiggling, each icon has a Minus sign symbol above it. Press the Minus symbol above the Crunchyroll app to close it down. Then open up the Crunchyroll app again and re-play the video you were watching. There is a current known issue with the Notifications in the iPhone app. We have a ticket open internally to investigate and resolve the problem, but do not have a date for resolution. |

I'm having a few problems with the iPad app. I have an iPad 2 running 4.3.3 version of the OS. I just reinstalled the app today to see if that would remedy any problems, but no such luck.
First problem is that I've been trying to watch episode two of Pulla Magi Madoka Magica however the play button has been missing for three days. The third episode is now out and is also missing the play button. I've read the play button missing is a problem for a few hours or so, but it has been three days now. Second problem is that during the last 20 or so seconds of a show, the screen freezes and only sound remains. It did that consistently throughout my entire watching of Un-Go and most recently last night with Kimi to Boku episode 1. Actually, it's done that on every episode I've watched since I've had the app which I first downloaded about two weeks ago. |

The episode plays great, it is just at the very end during the previews of the next episode when it stops. Its not really that big of a deal until they have something after the credits like during an episode with an extended ending that covers the credits, like during the last episode of Un-Go for instance. Also, The Madoka episodes are working now. Thanks! |

If this happens again, just submit a bug report on the episode so we can investigate further. |

Just wondering what the status is on updating the UI? Like getting the new Queue up and running, and other things. Not trying to put pressure or anything.
Just curious if there's a rough ETA or not. |
