Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide xisxdestruct wrote: iPod touch 4th gen 5.0.1 1.14 problem: app crashes during and before videos. also video restarts during video fix: find bug and remove it. if you can't remove it then at least make an option to adds marker so you don't lose your video position :/ Please check our 'Known Issues' Thread for directions on how to work around this known issue. |

Go to Video Preferences - https://www.crunchyroll.com/acct/?action=video Check to make sure you have Mature Content Filter as 'Show Mature Content' If it is currently set to 'Show Mature Content' change it to another option & then change it back. Log out & back into your App. Tell me if this resolves the issue. :o i had tried it and did again but that doesnt seem to fix the problem for me. |

I've just checked on one of our iPads and all of the listed shows are appearing. Can you log out of your account on your iPad & then close it and do the double tap full close. Then adjust the Mature Content Filter, then log back in to see if this resolves the issue? |

Everything had been working fine up until a couple of weeks ago. Then suddenly everytime I tried to watch either an anime or a drama, the app crashed, and continues to crash on every occasion. Would appreciate any help. 1) iPhone 3 2) iOS Version 4.2.1 3) App version 1.14 4) After pushing "play", the next screen shows briefly, and then goes back to the "play" screen. Any attempt to advance from there, closes the program. 5) Deleted the app 4/22/12. Completely shut down the iPhone. Restarted the phone, and re-installed the app without making any difference. |

1. iPhone 4S
2. 5.1 3. Unsure but I have the latest version as of 4/26/12 4. Everytime I watch any anime or video on the app, about four minutes into any vid the vid resets and starts over from the beginning. And it keeps happening throughout the entire vids time length. |

I have an iPad, version 5.1. I have the newest version of the app, but some newly releases episodes don't have a play button. And sometimes I have to wait a few days before there is one. I am a premium member so I should be able to view these eps. This has been happening for a couple months now.
