Can you walk me through exactly what is happening?
When you're logged in are you trying to stream by 3G or Wi FI?

When I log in using the app, it loads for a minute then crashes. I have to quickly select sign off before the app crashes for it to not crash. However, when logged in, when I select an episode from the website, it opens the app and plays. When it's done, it crashes again.

You should be able to search to pull them up.
Development is currently working on fixing this.

What are the plans to update with a News tab? I hate having to go into Safari to read the news posts on here

Is there any chance we can actually go to our Queue/ watch list from the app? It's a bit of a pain to have to manually hunt every episode down.

1) Device type - iPod touch 4th gen
2) OS version - whichever is right before 5.0 sooooooo 4.9?
3) App version- downloaded it about 3 times today
4) Detailed description of the problem- never ending loading screen that cannot be backed out of which caused me to re download the app a few times. Now it doesnt show up on my menu screen at all. :(
5) Steps to reproduce the problem... Basically I can't reproduce it any more because I can't re-download it

* Re-posting to correct post-

iPad not playing the ends of episodes

Issue description:
18:**+ minutes the show starts playing the begining of the show but does not reset the to 00:00 it continues playing at 18:**+ but with the video from the start. You are able to reload the video and skip back to that point and are able to play the last 4 minutes.

Occurs on every series that I have attempted so far.

Steps taken & info:
Model: iPad2 Wifi
ios: 5.1.1

During this specific test I was on my home network.
Download Speed: 43.358 Mbps
Upload Speed: 19.493 Mbps
Latency of 21 milliseconds

Restart ipad
Log out and back in CR app
Delete and re-install CR app

Visual description:
This is "Kids on the Slope Episode 8" as you can see the time stamp is 21:24 but what you are seeing on the screen is from 00:04

I have just had the same problem with the same episode of Kids on the Slope however it happened at around 16 minutes in for me.
I was also having what appeared to be buffering problems. I did a speed test and I'm getting about 7mbps but ever so often the feed would start buffering for between 30 seconds and up to 2 minutes. I would then be graced with between 30 seconds and up to 4 minutes of playback. I'm not sure if this is a problem between my router and iPad or the iPad and appletv but I watched 7 episodes of the show yesterday afternoon and Sunday night and it only seemed to try buffering once or twice.

Edit: I just watched Space Brothers episode 1 and had the same buffering problem so I switched to playback on the iPad which worked without interruption, so halfway through I switched back to appletv and within 1 minute it started buffering again.

This would be so wonderful if it would happen. It was the very thing I expected when I first downloaded the app. So disappointed that there was no queue, but that there was useless profile info. It's a significant pain to have to 1) remember what the next episode one hasn't watched yet is (especially in series with lots and lots of episodes where just typing the series name yields a list of episodes so long it takes forever to scroll through them), and then 2) spend time typing both the series name and the word episode and the number, 3) sometimes multiple times when one remembers the episode incorrectly, or makes a typo, or the app fails to function properly and you have to start the search from scratch.

Howdy all!

I apologize for the slow response rate.

If anyone is having issues with streaming, please use the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. I respond much more quickly via email.

Also, if you prefer forums, please quote this post and let me know what is going on.

First time poster here:

1) Device type - iPod touch 3th gen
2) OS version - 5.1.1 (9B206)
3) App version- Latest version, downloaded yesterday
4) Detailed description of the problem - Same as Raesk. An episode progress bar will be right at the end when loading. It will let you watch 2 - 3 minutes, then it'll stop.
5) Steps to reproduce the problem - Load app, navigate menus, select episode, Play.

It'll work if i restart the device, but will fail again if I quit the app and load it again.

--------

On the "Episodes not showing up" issue, I noticed that the App will check which language the Ipod is configured as default. If your device is set to Spanish, it will show only the series licensed for latinamerica. If you set it to English, you'll see the USA series. I tried setting it to Japanese and got a bunch more. Shouldn't it be set to check your profile preferences instead?

The 'Restart' issue is a known one with workaround steps in the 'Known Issues' thread.
We're also currently working on a new build of the app which will have subtitle selections available in the menu.

Device - The new iPad
OS version - 5.1.1
App version - 1.14
Problem - This only happens on my iPad, not my Google TV, not my android phone. Every time I watch an anime when the show goes down to between 3-6 minutes left I don't get to see the end of the show because it starts over from the beginning. I have to go to another show, play it, stop it, go back to the episode I was watching, then fast forward it to the few minutes I missed to see the last part of the show. This has to be a problem with the version for the IOS system because it doesn't happen on any other device I have. Is it a problem or can it be fixed? I'm not angry with you guys, I'm just irritated with this issue.
Steps to reproduce the problem... Nothing, it happens to every anime I watch.
