Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide I think you posted this in the wrong forum. Make sure that you're connected via Wi FI or else the app won't work (since you're a free user). If you're still having issues, please post over in the Android forum. |

Either there is something wrong with the app, or I'm not quite sure what's going on. According to the IOS app, Moribito does not exist. I cannot search for it, but everything else I tried comes up fine. I'm also not sure if this is an app specific problem.
I'm running CR on the newest iPad updated to the latest version of IOS. |

On my iPad 1 the iOS app doesn't handle it well if I leave a video paused for any period of time. When I come back, either the app is stuck on a black screen or if I resume then it gets confused and eventually it either keeps playing past the end of the timeline or at some random point it jumps back to the very beginning of the video, even though my timeline is something like 20m in.
The only way for me to fix this is to force quit the app and relaunch it. Also, the app does not seem to handle loss of Internet connectivity gracefully. |

These are mostly known issues that are being addressed in the upcoming build. Build is currently in the Apple Approval process. |

I remember someone else bringing this up a while back about how certain shows were not showing up on the iPad app. Someone else said it had something to do with the rating of the show in question. If its a mature show (excessive ecchi as an example I guess), it won't be on the CR app. Some shows for example that didn't show up were Majikoi oh Samurai Girls and Medaka Box that made me sad I'm not sure about Moribito, haven't watched it but it may be be because of that |

I'm surprised CR hasn't complained about Apple allowing Netflix and Hulu to show mature titles in their iPad app yet Apple does not allow CR to show* the episodes list in the CR app. I'm surprised Moribito is considered a mature title. * Notice how I didn't say stream? You can actually get the mature titles to play on an iOS device by visiting the Crunchyroll website using Safari on your iPad, browsing to the video like you normally do on a PC and then pressing "Watch Now". I'm watching episode 26 of Moribito on my iPad right now. |

That's good info to know, thanks , I didn't even know we could do that lol |

Any idea when they will fix the new eps not showing up for members the same time it goes up on the website?
There is always a delay of a couple hours to sometimes days, even though I'm a paid member logged in |

1) Device Type: iPhone 4
2) OS version: iOS 5.01 3) App Version: Re-installed about a week ago due to app store bug not letting me update. 4) Description: Most popular latest episode anime menu stuck while playing audio of an anime. 5) Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Click play anime, 2. When asking for premium membership, press "No thanks." while the device has been rotated 90 degrees to the right, in a horizontal position. 3. The audio of the anime should play but the most popular latest episodes screen is stuck. |

Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide Should only ever be a few hours. If it goes over 7 hours please email us so we can fix it. Unfortunately I don't know when the time will be completely reduced / eliminated. We have to do different encodes for all of the different devices we support. |
