I installed the new version of the app for the iPad 3. While playing an episode of Fate/Zero S2 the episode restarted multiple times. This is the same problem that plagued the previous version.

I just got the new iOS version and the interface is nice. I see my queue. I was psyched and told my friends about it.

Then I tried watching an actual video. It's crap. The audio was out of synch with the video. I'm so bummed.

Please do work on bug issue cause mess up. New update ruin my vacation I hope you fix it before this Monday. Please work it but I already check my iPad already latest iOS

Having some issues when watching over 3G, I start watching an episode and then after about 5mins it will jump back to the beginning and then keeps starting again after a few more minutes even though the bar at the top stats it should be near the end of the episode.

App Version 2.01, and was happening on previous version as well. Seems to happen with every show I watch, I've given up trying to watch over 3g. Doesn't seem to happen on WiFi, but honestly I'm not watching on my phone or iPad that much when I'm home.

Model MC769LL - (ipad2 wifi only)

Videos randomly starts back at the beginning ... Totally unwatchable.
Time slider almost always start at the beginning no matter where you slide it to.

UI looks great, but it's pointless if I can't watch anything. :/

Edit: FYI, I did not have restart problems with the older version.

My problem is when I'm in the middle of watching an episode it starts over from the beginning. I uninstalled this app and then reinstalled and it keeps doing the same thing,so plz fix this.

My 3gs is restarting like above posters- I tried with four different videos and each one restarts at exactly 1:25. And it's NOT a 3g thing, I'm using a free account and I went so far as to go into phone settings and disable 3g completely just in case, no change. I'm happy that seinen-MA vids finally show up in-app instead of having to pull them up via web browser, however it is a preferable method over not being able to watch anything at all. I've advocated the app for a long time, but it looks like now finally the straw has broken the crunchy camel's back.

Testing it out a bit more now, yeah, there are random audio/ video sync problems at times, and the video will still just randomly freeze (sometimes whilst the audio continues) and restarts constantly.

Really hope they fix this soon, to be honest it's pretty unwatchable and useless as it is now. :/

ive been having problems with everything. whenever im watching something about every minute or so it jumps to the begining and restarts the ad. also instead of it starting a 0:00 it just starts what time it last was

Having this problem that while i'm watching an anime it will automatically restart on its own and i tried to just fast forward to the part where it restarted and it would do it again like a minute or two later and it does this no mater what anime i'm watching. I had this problem before the update but it was only sometimes. Now it does it all the time and sometimes the quality will just get bad for no reason. I have a stable Internet connection and i've restarted the app and everything. Please FIX this it's really annoying since i mainly watch anime on my phone.

trying to watch sword art online on the ipad 3 is like watching VHS.
i find it hard to continue as a premium member with lack of focus on HD contet on other then PC.

Hey crunchyroll staff I just updated the app and relized that there is no more episode passes, and I'm really pissed of because I bought five passes before the update and now I've lost all of them. plz fix the episode pass problem. If you can plz message me once this problem is fixed.

The older version of the app was great. When I chose airplay, it would play without issue. Now doing airplay, when the phone locks the airplay stops. This does not happen with any other airplay enabled app that I have. Please fix this since I rather watch episodes on my 55" LED instead of my iphone when I can..lol
