4) Description - Video will rush through the episode, while the audio is at normal speed. I tried it with two episodes of Erin and had the same problem with both.
5) Steps to reproduce problem - I tried twice to re-install the app and came out the same.

P.S.
I just received the iPod on Christmas and so it can't be the product.

4-) so ive been trying to watch fireworks but the subs don't appear it says that I need to press a button to choose the language and tht it's beside the rewind button but nothing is there -.-
5-) I've tried closing the app,redownloading it and trying the other eps but noting -.- help :S

Hello, im new here and have been using the iOS app on my iPhone, here is whats wrongShugo Chara Episodes 40-48 have bad subs and it cuts out every now and then.


1) Device type - iPhone

4) Detailed description of the problem: Shugo Chara episodes 40-48 have messed up subbing, and occasionally cuts out at random times

I just want to post some feedback:

-The app doesn't remember what page I left open last time I closed it, rather it remembers several times back. Its very irritating but harmless.

-Really would like to be able to view my favs/watchlist from the app

-Please consider AirPlay support once Apple opens that to 3rd party video (they said they will soon) for those of us with Apple TVs. Maybe as a premium feature like the AV out?

The Crunchyroll app for the IPhone and IPad does not work on 3G. My IPhone and IPad is updated, and I am a premium member. Why the app does not work on 3G?

Guess I didn't follow the format last time, so I think I'll repost.

1) Device type - iPod Touch

3) App version -1.10 (latest? I reinstalled it today.)
4) Description -All the vids of Gintama from ep. 1-111 are out of sync (Video is sped up).
5) Steps to reproduce problem - It just started out this way.

I'm using an ipad latest update and every episode of naruto shippuden so far that i tried (ep 80-83) are out of synch with the audio/video...the audio is about 3 sec behind.....

3) downloaded & deleted app approximately 6 times in the past 3 days most recently downloaded 1-1-11 at 2:00 p.m.
4) problems include the following-black screen when trying to play episodes for any anime I select, if I successfully manage to get an episode to play it will only be for a few seconds then it will freeze and then either a black screen or it will crash completely. alternately app will at times not allow me to access the list of anime to watch stating that there has been an error. video and subtitles are out of sync for the 20-30 seconds I can get a video to work. I thought that maybe there was a bug with a particular episode of an anime ex. gintama ep 120, but when attempting to watch ep 121 the same problems happen. Then I try a completely different anime all together ex hayate no gotoku eps 1-4 and the same problems keep happening.

Seriously disappointed with this app since I absolutely love the site.

Hey Sippit,
Perhaps I spoke too soon. When I checked the new version on my iPad, I was visiting family. When I came home, issues started cropping back up - namely, on the iPad the stream is so jittery that it makes it unwatchable. Video will frequently pause (about every 20-30 seconds) for anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes. Rebooting the iPad doesn't seem to have much effect. The blank screen issue seems to be fixed, though.

I am wondering if it may have something to do with my network - I tried watching the same anime (Bleach 302) on my wife's MacBook Air, and although the first 5-7 minutes played fine, it got really choppy with loss of sound/video sync. I tried enabling QoS for HTTP on my router, but that didn't seem to have much impact, either. I have a 20 Mbps downstream cable connection, and my wife was able to watch flash based episodes of series' Crunchyroll doesn't carry on a Win 7 machine no problem (not HD). Is the stream you're serving using any kind of compression? I don't have a problem with packet loss on my connection, but my multi-core systems seem to behave better than my iPad and Air.

Well to keep you inform it is getting worse on my ipad with the audio/video sync...i have sometime 8 sec..... on my macbook there is no problem at all and they both use the same wireless network....i have a 50mbits connection so speed is not an issue....

i guess until you fix it i'll stop using my ipad and switch back to my mac.....i hope you find the problem the ipad is the perfect thing to watch anime in my opinion...
