Hi,
1) iPhone 4S 2) iOS 6.0 3) CR App version 2.02 4) When playing Skip Beat! Episode, the commercials play and the video looks like it's about to play but then app closes and I'm back to my iPhone home screen. When I reopen CR app, I'm taken back to the Anime list screen. 5) Steps to recreate: 1. Within CR Anime list screen, 2. open videos for Skip Beat!, 3. select and play episode 7. Please let me know if you need any more details. |

iPhone 3GS
iOS 6 App version 2.02 ) AirPlay no longer plays video on the TV, only the sound. The video continues on the device. Locking the device still stops the AirPlay output on the TV. I have logged out and tried reinstalling the app with no effect. |

The crunchyroll app on my iPad2 continues to crash even when I updated to iOS6. The queue acts like I haven't finished the previous episode and then when I try to load the next episode it crashes immediately after the finish of the ads. I have restarted my iPad2 and reinstalled the app 4 times and nothing changed... I just wanted to watch episode 6 of Durarara

Using an iPad (the first model) with the most recent update of Crunchyroll's app, in the "viewing with ads" method.
Most ads play without a problem, but about 10 percent of them run in a mode that requires clicking on a put-away X to clear. In every case, a regular ad runs next, with the volume dropping out after the first three seconds, and the audio of the anime episode playing instead. Clearing this can only be accomplished by exiting the app, doubleclicking the iPad Home square to open the app viewer window and manually closing the Crunchyroll app. When the app is relaunched, the ads and shows will play normally - until one of those special ads pops up, then the whole process needs to be repeated. Again. There are other problems with ads playing upside down, and the History page not tracking which shows are being seen, but those are minor compared to needing to restart every few shows. |

1) Device type - iPad 2
2) OS version - 6.0 3) App version - 2.02 4) A couple of problems. One is that when you try to watch a video, you're forced to watch a commercial a second time. Same commercial. After that, the app crashes. Another problem is that If you don't go to the multitasking bar and force quit the app from running in the background, it drains the battery. Battery drain problem is solved by force quitting the app. 5) All you have to do is start the app, select a video from the A-Z page, wait for it to play a commercial twice, after which the app will crash. To replicate the battery drain problem, all you have to do is nothing after the app crashes. Battery drains at more than double normal rate unless you force quit the app. *edited to add generation type of iPad. |

I too am having issues with the app air playing on AppleTV. Not sure if it's an AppleTV problem, as the new YouTube app doesn't seem to like AppleTV either. or, it could just be a compatibility problem.

I was told Tuesday by CR that the Airplay not working with Apple TV is a "known issue" and the engineers are working on it. Kinda irritating with the new season starting right now.

Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide Sincere apologies. The issue has been fixed and is in the build that we're going to be sending through Apple's approval process. It will be back in version 2.03. |
