Just updated app to 2.03 (released 10 oct 2012 Australian date/time)

Issue with AirPlay fixed (before it used to give airplay option for audio only).

However the issue with queue not updating still exists. Also while in AirPlay mode, if iPad goes to sleep the video stops playing.

Enough with the airplay feature folks, Im glad that its finally working for you!!! But still no answer about tv-out trought HDMI...anyone here is having the same bug? I think its a prety big issue for the IOS users....me too using 2.03 ver. App.
Anyone from support to give an answer to this issue?

Ok , I just updated and this is getting ridiculous. I've been charged for my 2 months and I'm in a foreign country without a pc until after it expires. Still nothing plays. I need a number for customer services or something, I'm getting sick of only being able to be heard via a forum. I love crunchyroll and everything it does, especially in an age where nobody wants to pay for the stuff they love,but SERIOUSLY , I can't use the service at ALL ,and I've paid for nothing. I need this fixed , or my money back. I am not prepared to sit back and pay for something I'm not getting. If I cancel now, sure I won't have to pay later, but I won't get back the money I spent on nothing.

So yeah, anybody have a number for customer services I can dial from Spain? Thanks.

You people are lucky - the application won't even LAUNCH on my iPhone

Latest crunchy roll app.
Premium membership.
Those of you that can launch the app - shut the hell up...
Stop flooding the forums with stuff that can and is supposed to be corrected AFTER initiation of an app...
And before any of you get snippy or get an attitude - I am an Internet technician...
Do. Not. F&$!. With. Me.
Process goes getting the app to successfully launch before troubleshooting all other issues - trust me Disney pays for me to know this $h!t...
So please stop flooding the forum with the exact same issue - the more people that call about it - the farther aside it gets pushed.

This last update did not solve the problem of the video not showing on iOS 6. The app still tries to load the video and then quits to the show list without any further error. Tried on iPhone 4 and iPad 3.

Prince of Zeus, if you are talking to me I fail to see how I am 'lucky' being able to launch an app but not play any of the videos. I don't go on crunchyroll for the pretty user interface. (although it looks much better now I might add) .

Anyway , I feel your pain.
I'm not mad necessarily about not being able to play videos, it's that I can't play videos, am currently paying for 2 months (and I won't be in a location ,or country ,where I can watch via pc until after my subscription expires) and can't get a refund or a number to call so I can speak to somebody about it.

Hey i used to have the app on my Iphone 2g, but i needed to restore it, and now the app has no support to IOS 3.1.3 it requires IOS 4,3 so i can download it from app store, what can i do?

Dude, you're the only person who has reported this issue.
Engineers are on it. please send me the crash report I requested via email.
Also, do not act hostile in here again or I'll ban you from the forums. People are here for help, not for you to yell at them.

Fresh uninstall / reinstall.

If this does not help, please walk me through what happens starting from when you click on the icon to open the app.

Airplay works - Yay.
Will test to see if the 'going to sleep thing' is happening on my end too. I know that happened in the initial relaunch (2.0) but should have been fixed.

HDMI - Was cobbled together before. It was not included in the redesign. We are investigating how to reincorporate this / if it is worth our time to reincorporate it. I am sure it will be worked back in at some point, however right now we're trying to get it working for everyone.

If other people have known issues, please let me know so I can amalgamate a list for the engineering team.

Ok, thanks for your kind response. Do you think that it could take months before the HDMI tv out gets implemented again? Because I purchased my one year suscription to be able to output full image with HDMI to my led tv. One side note: I own an android phone too (Galaxy S3) that displays the full picture using the app in conjuntion with the original hdmi output but it doesnt render the subtitles on any show! Do you know any workaround to this bug?
