Hi , I didn't spot the contact forum, I was googling for a phone number. And I apologize if I came off sounding mad. I honestly do appreciate the service and everything you guys do . I would hate for you to think I was just another guy hating on the Internet.
Thanks for the advice ,I'm sorry for getting a little frustrated |

But still no answer about tv-out trought HDMI...anyone here is having the same bug? I think its a prety big issue for the IOS users....me too using 2.03 ver. App. Anyone from support to give an answer to this issue? Airplay works - Yay. Will test to see if the 'going to sleep thing' is happening on my end too. I know that happened in the initial relaunch (2.0) but should have been fixed. HDMI - Was cobbled together before. It was not included in the redesign. We are investigating how to reincorporate this / if it is worth our time to reincorporate it. I am sure it will be worked back in at some point, however right now we're trying to get it working for everyone. If other people have known issues, please let me know so I can amalgamate a list for the engineering team. Ok, thanks for your kind response. Do you think that it could take months before the HDMI tv out gets implemented again? Because I purchased my one year suscription to be able to output full image with HDMI to my led tv. One side note: I own an android phone too (Galaxy S3) that displays the full picture using the app in conjuntion with the original hdmi output but it doesnt render the subtitles on any show! Do you know any workaround to this bug? I'm going to see if I can get our iOS Engineer in here to talk to ya! That would be great Bjaker! Very kind of your part. Thanks! |

Not you directly just people in general ya know. I'm in the same boat as you actually - but everyone flooding the forums with trivial bs that takes priority after initial launch which is beyond their comprehension just doesn't make sense

Tried loging out and reinstalling the app. Neither did work.
The app seems to work well, I can log in, log out, see the show list, episode list, the queue... But when I click to watch an episode, a black screen appears with a loading icon for 2-3 seconds, then it gets back to the previous screen, like when the episode ends. There is no error messages. The same thing happens in an iPhone 4 and iPad 3, both with iOS 6, from Spain (maybe this is important, after all?) |

Having a similar problem now. A new unmatched show runs fine but if you try to rewatch one you have already seen it starts seconds from the very end. videos won't go back to the beginning. I've had to physically slide the cursor back to get it started from the beginning.

Decided to finally update and when I did the quality of the videos turn to complete crap... From 480/720p videos to like 240p/360p videos -.- cr is trying to go cheap and save a buck or what?

Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide Video quality on iOS has never been that high (480 / 720)... it adjusts based on your connection because it makes use of Apple's Adaptive Streaming Technology. |

Catching up. Please be patient.

What device are you running on? Other than iOS 4 and 5 on iPhone, video mirroring should automatically happen when you plug in an HDMI adapter. |

After updating to the last Crunchyroll App I can't watch any show, I can login, choose a anime, but after choosing one for watch all I get is a black screen.
Running iOS 5.0.1 on a iPad 2 Edit: after some try, it worked, but streamming is tooooo slow compared with the older app, I can stream Crunchyroll animes at 720p with no problems on my computer, and I also stream YouTube at a very high quality on my iPad. I can't use Crunchyroll app like that... |
