tampons are just start with the smaller ones espesh if your period is light. tampons are really important for swimming in the summer and avoiding akward lines threw your pants. but if they make you uncomphortable dont use them yet. |

used tampon once, from the middle school stuff, it was horrible... felt like it was violating me... haha I used to spend all day on the bathroom cause I started mine when I was 11... isn't that horrible..
never used them since./ gave up swimming and became fat cause I couldn't train during my period days. |
