Do the videos have to 100% be from YouTube? I have a video anime show that I produce and release weekly but since its so long(20-35 minutes in length) I use blip.tv to distribute it and not YouTube. I just wanted to know if I should create a shortened version for YouTube to qualify.

I do have a Youtube, My most viewed video only has like, 2k views.
My most viewed on my other channel is 18k, but its a Internet Game walkthrough...
Unfortunately I don't do anything that "pertains to Asian Entertainment or Culture"
Unless you count Guitar Hero videos of anime songs =/.
