do you know the difference between them?
and what is your opinion about them......

Why are you so interested to know about someone else's biased opinions?

Emo- Generally, people who are supposed to be emotion BUT some people make it as a fashion state about suicide and self punishment

Freak- People who are not afraid to be themselves and generally indulge themselves in their own 'sort' of pleasure.

Punks- Just a style. Normally, kids will adapt and morph to the 'Punk' music. Could be the typical rule breaker.

Goths- Same as Punk style, minus the rule breaking.

Wannabes- Hypocrites. People who hang with a certain crowd but act or say something in contradiction.

Anyways, my outlook is that none of these stereotypes exist; We all are ourselves.

i was just gonna say that and people shouldn't fit into stereotypes that would be encouraging them .

I'm a Metalhead and I've been lumped into all of those categories at one stage in my life.
Personally I don't think people should be concerned with labels.

I love the freaks, I am one myself. Freaks always have this way of expressing themselves that those other stereotypes doesn't have because freaks can be anything! I used to be an Emo and a Goth, but those are not too fun. The dark colors you wear and don rub off on you, it's just not a nice time. I hate the punks though, I think their attitude would be better if their anarachy, and destruction had a goal. Go ahead and wear down societal constructs, but at least try and replace them with something better. Of course, this only pertains to those that keep the actual sprit, and don't just play along with a stereotype. Those people that play along with a stereotype are just disgusting.

People try to look like something because they are trying to find themselves through trial and error. There are no people "Trying to fit into groups"--there are no groups in society. Groups exist because of people needing to classify things in order to have a good sense of their environment. Everyone will morph looks from time to time--shedding each layer of skin till they find one that is comfortable enough.

My question for you, madam, is why did you post this forum? You could have wasted your CR points on a topic worthwhile instead of an opinion you already hold.

Three years ago I had a scene/emo or whatever you wanna call it look going on and I went to *Ozzfest that summer.
*Ozzfest is a heavy metal/death metal music festival.

There were soooooo many people that year because the tickets where free!
Every man and their girlfriend/sister was there.

This one band got up to the stage in front a monstrously large crowd and started ranting before they played.
The singer was carrying on drunk and at one point he started to yell over and over in the microphone: "FUCK EMO!"
He got the audience to chant it with him 15x!

I was looking around through the corner of my eyes at 5,000+ people like "please don't kill me..."

I've been a prep, an emo, a punk, a goth, a blah blah blah, a blee blee blee, a bloop bloop bloop - I'm a Choq. The day people quit putting labels on themselves will be the day most learn to be themselves instead of trying to fit the criteria of someone else.

True , people are desperate and pathetic creatures they try to fit in groups becasue they feel lost and worthless if not for the acknowledgment of the their peers .

Because crunchy roll is being gay and cannot BB code very well or someone else screwed up because i've been trying to figure it out for an hour now....But anyway,

You cannot call humans pathetic. Sure, we will be our own downfall but that only makes us more human. Being natural cannot be pathetic. Being a natural human making mistakes through trial and error does not make them pathetic.

Like a math equation---Keep going till you figure it out, disregarding what your peers say should be the right answer. Hospitality be not your guidance but knowledge from experience will.

OH, not only peers influence others; Family and inner conflicts with oneself are most often the offenders during someone's self destruction.
