Skip Beat!, Code Geass (with Lelouch still in there), Air Gear, D. Gray Man, Elfen Lied, Soul Eater, and Kenichi: The Mightiest Disciple. But, Skip Beat! tops it all off for me. Seriously... what was with that ending?!

Im pretty sure Baka No Test season 2 got pushed back to early 2013. I think funi had some trouble with the dub schedule or somthing. Either way its still coming out with a dub next year.

Elfen Lied - I already read the manga. The real ending is not good except for one part imo.
Vampire Knight - Seriously the manga is ongoing and the anime is not 
Umineko no Naku Koro ni - Ending is just incomplete and the visual novels are the key to the real story. I wish they make another season of Umineko and redo the first season.
inuYasha - Yes I know there's the Final Act but the animators need to put a season between InuYasha and The Final Act. When I watched The Final Act for the first time, i got confused on what's happening.

i think IGPX should've continued... sure, they made the mini-sodes first and then started an actual season, but they stopped it after like 3 or 4 episodes! WTF?!?! i started watching it at the end of the mini-sodes and fell in love with it and was VERY excited that they were going to make an actual season, but was greatly disappointed that they cut it short....

The actual series had 26 episodes. I remember watching the series until the end, although as I recall there was a gap. Wikipedia pegs the original airing as November 5, 2005 – August 26, 2006; 10 months for what would be only 6 months of episodes if aired each week.

The problem with Skip Beat was that they ran out of episodes and finished with several key parts of the Dark Moon arc left. Hence a great series, with an utterly botched ending.
Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide They couldn't wrap up Dark Moon as Kyoko has to perform as Mizuchi to help Ren get his part right, then Ren has an acting test where he totally destroys the real Mizuchi
They were incredibly faithful to the original manga (24-25 episodes from 11 books) and very little got cut. I think there will be a second season...eventually...... My guess is that they want the Cain Heel arc to finish (at least) or even a resolution to the Ren/Kyoko love saga.
